Nova won a game by 20 Points against a #15 seed.....Florida only won by 12 points against a #16 seed...Louisville only won by 7 points over a #13 seed.......Its all about surviving and advancing....
Nova lost to Creighton twice and none of the games were close as they lost by 28 and 21 points...Is that what a #2 seed does?
Nova lost to Syracuse and that was another double-digit loss......Nova even lost to Butler who was bad this year as well as Delaware and others.
Let's see who Nova beat...What's their best win this year? #10 seed St.Joe's???? Iowa?????? Both those teams are gone already...Providence they split with so I guess that is who they can hang their hat on........
Nova is a Catch-22.......They can advance cause they playing in a weak bracket, but in part the bracket is weak cause Nova is in it.......
I think people have more of a problem with Villanova's high seed no matter what happens and that they extremely benefitted from the Big East's OLD Reputation even though it looks completely different this year as it ain't even close to what the OLD Big East used to be.

^^^^Nova beat a young Kansas team at the time as it was back in November...I guess that is their best win...And they did beat Butler (was looking at something else)
That said, Nova is still a #4 seed at the max in my opinion although I wouldn't have argued if someone gave Villanova a #6 seed instead.
