By entering a private establishment, you're agreeing to adhere to whatever their rules are. It's the same deal when trying to enter into an agreement between two parties. There's nothing obligating a business owner to serve every individual who comes through his door. If he wants to lose revenue, that's up to him.

Yep, it does. Again, there's no law on the books that says you're required to serve everyone who walks through the door. If you want to exclude one group of people for whatever reason, that's your problem, not society's.
