I got DC in the main event. Think he grinds him down again but obviously Johnson can end it fast if he connects.

Atleast if it loses then Johnson would fight Bones and I think Johnson has a better chance to beat him than DC because of his punching power. We already saw Bones/DC, unless Jones just has a ton of ring rust from the long layoff he had, I think it would go similar to the 1st fight.

I have to say..... just gained a bit of respect for the UFC for keeping it legit. Had Mousasi, but loved how they looked at the replay and came to the right conclusion. Can't believe this guy Joe Rogan has this much say though. Wow

It has nothing to do with the UFC, it is the athletic commission that rules on that stuff. If you think you got kneed illegally, of course you are gonna wanna take a few mins to recover. I don't know why they are saying he was milking it, he thought the knee was illegal because the ref told him that.

They should've just kept fighting.

Think Weidman was the right side as he was consistently getting TD's, but he did seem to be getting tired so who knows. Rematch maybe.

Actually wouldn't be shocked if the commission turns it into a no contest, but that won't effect wagering.

What a joke to ruin what was an entertaining fight that Weidman was winning.

I got DC but I feel less confident after that weigh in fiasco. He must've had a tough, tough cut.

They didn't go to the replay and get it right, they chose not to use the new replay rule in NY. The doctor stopped the fight during the 5 min timeout when they thought it was illegal. This is also weird bc only like NY and Cali can docs stop fights, they can only advise elsewhere, and the ref choses to stop it. If they would've got it right, they would've started right back in the 4 point stance when the knee happened. This is all on the ref, and not getting a grasp of the new rules of a grounded fighter.

Also, Joe Rogan doesn't have much say, Big John McCarthy came
to the rescue. He has ALL the day when it comes to ABC MMA Rules, he writes them.

Pretty bad for a co-main, this isn't the NFL on CBS

People paying good $ to watch it one way or another.

I agree. The ref won't be penalized either. Weidman just lost a chance at a couple Extra hundred thousand too

wtf is Rumble doing? He's prob the most dangerous dude in UFC history on his feet when he isn't gassed.

No clue why DC and him gave each a slap before Rumble got his offense in that round either. It broke nose, what an idiot.

Weird rd.
