I'm on Rockhold but that fight is a total flip of the coin in my opinion- I tend to fade guys who have defended the belt vs sub par competition (Chris with the aging brazilians) going up against somebody who has never held the belt and is very very hungry.

Not saying it's a bad play, but not sure it's necessarily a good play. Romero is powerful as anyone, but if Jacare gets past the first round, he should coast because Romero will likely gas out. I'm not here to start fights (even though I like to argue in other forums), so good luck on your play. I like the guy too and have been following him forever, I was just trying to say you are disrespecting both guys fighting for the belt tonight to say he's easily better. Good luck guys. Question for you. Frankie Edgar said he was almost promised a shot at the winner of tonight's fight by Dana .
I hope he gets it but don't you think if this fight tonight turns out to live up to its billing that we will see a rematch , most likely on the Rousey Holm card in July? Frankie seems to get better as he ages but you can only stay on top of your game for so long at that age.
Thoughts? He's my favorite fighter and he looked ecstatic in the ring for the post fight interview but I sense he's is going to be let down.

Well, if it's disrespecting Weidman, all good, becaus truth be told, he's my favorite 185+ fighter. Rockhold has a legit chance tonight, no doubt, I just can see Jacare taking the belt from Chris more "easily" as I think he's a little more rounded on the ground, and his power is the best in the Division. Hell, Rockhold is a better matchup than Romero to Weidman, so no disrespect there either. Enjoy the fights, we are all in for a treat in the Octagon tonight.
