Going back to minny up 3-1?? the series will be over if they win tomorrow night. You can't cap a game on emotions alone bro.

carefull with this one.

The way Minny walloped the first 2 games then dropping a gut check on Sat be very careful. I'm sure Joe Pub will be piling on Minny to revenge the double digit loss Sat night.

Tread lightly....last i checked wagerline had Minny -3.5 @ 68.9%

I'm 1-1 in my very large playoff bets so far this year, historically 60% in that category (although admittedly not a big sample size). The Nuggets are a VERY LARGE tonight. They are not the Celtics. They are not the Knicks. They are probably 4 points better than the Bucks right now, facing a team which, without Szczerbiak, is probably 2 points worse than the Pistons. Additionally, I propose that the Nuggets have a 1-1.5 point greater home advantage than the Bucks, while the T-Wolves need home cooking more than the Pistons. All translated, this leaves the Nuggets line for tonight at fair between pk and DENVER a 2 pt. favorite. Only GREAT teams with good depth should be considered as more than road pk-'ems in the playoffs, IMO, and Minn. - esp. without Wally and Troy - are only very good and obviously NOT deep. Nuggets have only lost FOUR games at home this year by 4 or more when rested. They also have a curious history going back years and years. When they beat a team at home as a dog, they usually get the $ next time at home as well if still a dog. Also, as I mentioned in an earlier post, look at the Nuggets when they break a losing streak followed by a home game.

shotgun "wally's out dude"

WALLY BLOWS. He is so overrated it is ridiculous. Fred Hoiberg is better than him as the "white guy that hits outside shots" Actually the difference is that Hoiberg actually makes his shots. Wally lives off his college rep , I feel better backing the Twolves knowing that Wally will not shoot me out of the game.

WZ is 42 of last 89, FH is 27 of last 58...close. WZ 50 of last 103 on the road. FH 20 of last 45 on the road.

Fred's fine, to be sure, but Wally gets automatic respect outside which sets up the inside guys, while Fred must hit two shots to earn that respect for a given night. Also, is Fred good for 30 mins. in the high altitude? Additionally, if you look at Fred's better games, a big portion of them came in blowout wins or near blowout losses.

Wow stats! Nice work.

I think I still hate Wally because of 2 free throws he missed once to cost me some cash.
Having said that, I still cringed and rooted for him to be okay when he nearly killed himself in game 3.

great points all around Dolphin. Prior to your post I had a moderate lean (3.5 unit) play on Denver.

Aside from the stats, I'm personally watching the overall consensus which seems to be high on Minny right now. Hope it continues that way...

I follow two cappers who has been on a tear in the NBA playoffs. Both these guys hitting over 67% in the playoffs. Guess what they are both on Minnesota tonight. One of them are 4-0 on 4 unit plays in the playoffs and he has a 4 unit play on them tonight.

These guys has made me money all year in the NBA so no since in jumping ship now.
