(had the bills last weekend as my top play, easy winner, 5-0 on this very select system for the season, lets hope it continues.) ** the last three or four years it has to be over 85%. no proof on hand, just recall.:digit:

been working on a system for about 3 weeks now, someone here mentioned it and i thought i would look into it to varify the system.

basically it goes as playing the under in a game when a team is on the second game of a road trip. i went back last year and checked it out and it hit around 63%, something like 41-26 roughly. do not have the exact figure in front of me, but it was over 60%.

this year it is currently 15-18 under/over. last week both unders hit. i'm thinking at worst it will continue be in favor of the unders for the rest of the season as teams get tired, and losing teams start to think about next year, while winning teams think of playoffs and play better defense.

i have not broke down the figures for out of conf and conf play either.

unders this week should be the THESE TEAMS ON A SECOND GAME OF A ROAD TRIP.

COLTS* TOUGH GAME TO CALL.
JETS
RAMS
SD
MIAMI
SKINS
TITANS

I HAVE TAKEN THE COLTS OVER GAME THIS WEEK FOR A SHORT PRACTICE WEEK, THE DOME, AND THANKSGIVING WEEKEND WHERE TEAMS USUALLY LIGHT UP THE SCOREBOARD. LIONS WILL PUT UP AT LEAST 20 FIGURED, AND I KNOW THE COLTS WILL THROW UP SOME POINTS.

YET I COULD SEE A FINAL OF 31-23.

I WILL BE ON EVERY UNDER FOR THE REST.

NOW A SYSTEM ISN'T A SYSTEM IF YOU DON'T PLAY EVERY GAME, WHICH IS WHY I PLAY SO MANY GAMES. I AM A SYSTEM PLAYER FOR 95% OF MY PLAYS. IT IS WHY I AM VERY CONSISTANT, AND I USUALLY DON'T LOSE 2 WEEKS IN A ROW.

SORRY THIS POST AND NUMBERS DO NOT REFLECT THE TEAMS FOR TURKEY DAY. I WILL BE BACK IN A MINUTE WITH THE ADDITIONS.

STOP THE PRESSES, HOLD THE FRONT PAGE.

addition of turkey day teams, the new under/over record for teams on back to back road games is 16 unders, 22 overs.

i will be on the unders in every game this weekend, including the lions under.

lions
lions under
bears
bears under....turkey day plays.

a system isn't a system if you don't follow it. granted the lions over looks like a lock, so with that i will stick with the system win lose or draw.

your welcome Mr. Funk, best of luck this weekend.

we have snow. god i hate snow.

posted houston and carolina already as my best system plays i have, i also have something else i follow that tells me to take the titans.

granted not as good as a system, but i ifeel if mcnair had been playing all season the first system that has houston wouldn't have houston as a play, i am dealing with .01 of points in some of these, so the little things can affect it.

probably will end up being a no play by sunday, but i will see.

my gut says take tenn. either way it will probably be a 5 or 10 unit play at most.

still on carolina.:103631605

a 2 point swing in our favor will only add money to the pot for me. i love 2pt swings in the pros. easy cash.

i need an edge this week, i usually don't worry about injuries in the nfl, this is a different sport than college and players always step up and play big when someone else is hurt.

but i'm looking for an edge this week.\

But Del Rio said he would need to see more of his quarterback in practice to see if Leftwich was healed enough to play.

Leftwich was still listed as questionable on the injury list Wednesday.

"He was able to work in full pads and moved around pretty well," Del Rio said following the afternoon workout. "He threw the ball accurately and made good decisions. He basically picked up where he left off a little bit, so we're glad to see that."

Leftwich echoed those sentiments. After throwing for 1,891 yards the first eight weeks of the season, he said he's ready to return after three weeks of rehab.

"I wasn't perfect out there today, but I wasn't off," Leftwich said. "I actually did better than I thought I would after being out for a couple weeks."

Leftwich has been on the sidelines since injuring his knee in the Jaguars' loss to Houston on Oct. 31. Backup David Garrard filled in the last two weeks, leading the team to an overtime win over Detroit before losing to Tennessee.

Titans get RB Brown back for drills

NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- Tennessee Titans running back Chris Brown is out of a walking boot that protected his left big toe, and he took part in some light drills Wednesday with trainers.

Coach Jeff Fisher said Brown is better, even though he didn't take part in team drills.

"So that's encouraging. He hasn't done that in weeks," Fisher said.

Brown was deactivated last week, missing his first game this season because of turf toe that has been so bad he has been in a walking boot much of the past month. Antowain Smith replaced Brown last week in an 18-15 victory over Jacksonville, and he had 95 yards rushing.

Left cornerback Samari Rolle also didn't practice because of a sore left knee that knocked him out in the third quarter last weekend. Fisher said he hopes Rolle can practice later this week.

Safety Lance Schulters, out since Sept. 26 with an injury in his left foot, did some work on the field Wednesday, his first since getting hurt. Fisher said they will examine him Thursday, and they hope to pick up Schulters' workload if he doesn't have a setback.

TAMPA, Fla. -- The Tampa Bay Buccaneers placed defensive tackle Anthony McFarland on injured reserve with a torn triceps and filled his roster spot Wednesday by promoting running back Ian Smart from the practice squad.

The Bucs also signed defensive tackle Keith Wright to the practice squad.

McFarland started the first eight games before being hurt during the first quarter of Tampa Bay's loss to Kansas City on Nov. 7. He had season-ending surgery last Friday, finishing with 28 tackles and three sacks.

Smart joined the Buccaneers as a member of the practice squad on Sept. 22. He spent parts of the last two years with the New York Jets.

Jets QB Pennington throws without pain

HEMPSTEAD, N.Y. -- Jets quarterback Chad Pennington threw a football Wednesday for the first time since straining his right rotator cuff Nov. 7 against Buffalo.

Pennington threw 50 passes of 25 yards or less, and said he had no discomfort afterward. He added it was still too tough to tell when he would make his return. Pennington is out for Sunday's game at Arizona, and hopes to be back no later than Dec. 19.

"I didn't feel any discomfort or pain," Pennington said. "I felt good with the range of motion and the ability. There was no restriction."

Pennington has full range of motion, and said the true test would come Thursday to see how his shoulder responds.

'Skins give up hope, put LB Barrow on IR

ASHBURN, Va. -- Linebacker Mike Barrow, who hasn't played a down all year, was placed on injured reserve by the Washington Redskins, officially ending his season.

The 34-year-old Barrow signed a six-year, $11.6 million contract, including a $2.5 million bonus, as a free agent from the Giants in the offseason, but he was sidelined from the beginning of training camp with acute tendinitis in his left knee.

Coach Joe Gibbs had expressed concern for several weeks that Barrow was using up a valuable roster spot, but kept holding out hope that he might return.

Antonio Pierce has started every game in Barrow's place at middle linebacker and leads the team in tackles. To fill Barrow's spot on the roster, the team signed linebacker Chris Clemons from the Cleveland Browns practice squad.

Chargers hike ticket prices

SAN DIEGO -- The San Diego Chargers will raise prices next year by $8 per game for season-ticket holders and $12 for single-game tickets. The Chargers haven't increased ticket prices for three seasons, and their current average season-ticket price is 24th out of the NFL's 32 teams, said Ken Derrett, the team's vice president for marketing.

The Chargers tried to offset the price increase by offering new season-ticket purchasers the chance to buy tickets to potential home playoff games this season. San Diego (7-3) has won four straight games and six of seven, and is trying to end an eight-year playoff drought.

Fans have been slow to jump on the bandwagon. The Chargers sold enough tickets to lift the local television blackout only once for five home games so far this year. That came only after the team received a 24-hour deadline extension and three businesses bought the remaining 3,000 tickets.

The Chargers are trying to get a measure for a new stadium on the ballot in 2006.

Seahawks sign veteran punter Walter

KIRKLAND, Wash. -- The Seattle Seahawks signed veteran punter Ken Walter, replacing rookie Donnie Jones.

The 32-year-old Walter, a seven-year veteran, spent most of last season with the New England Patriots, but was released in June.

Jones had a rough outing Sunday in a 24-17 win over Miami. A seventh-round draft pick from LSU, he averaged 31.8 yards on eight punts, including kicks of 19, 23, 20 and 30 yards.

"We really can't afford to punt the ball that way," Seahawks coach Mike Holmgren said. "I fully expect Donnie to be our punter of the future, but right now we can't mess around."

Jones came off the practice squad Oct. 16 when Tom Rouen's season ended with a hamstring injury. The Seahawks also signed linebacker Tony Donald to the practice squad. Seattle lost linebacker Anthony Simmons for the season one week ago and Chad Brown had arthroscopic surgery Monday to repair his strained left knee.

He made the announcement Wednesday shortly after Garcia said that he hadn't ruled out starting.

Garcia sprained the rotator cuff in his right shoulder in Sunday's loss to the New York Jets. He said it was improving Wednesday, but he still couldn't practice.

Holcomb took over for Garcia in the second half last week, completing just 4 of 10 passes for 32 yards.

"You'd like any opportunity to go out on the field and show what you can do," Holcomb said. "I don't take that for granted."

Holcomb, in his eight season, saw his first extensive action two years ago and played in 10 games for the Browns last season, throwing for 1.797 yards with 10 touchdowns and 12 interceptions.

Teaser Question?

TH,

What are your thoughts on a 7 pt teaser:

under at 60 and the Colts at -2.5

Should I take Detroit at +16.5?

i don't like 7 point teasers in the pros, i do like 13 point teasers.

but if you put a gun to my head---colts & bears.

such a short week that i hate to risk the over unders.

teasers in my opinion are sucker bets for the book. but they are fun.

have a great holiday buddy.

the under system hits 1-0, with 6 more to go this weekend.
