Red wolves are back at home against Lafayette who embarrassed them last year and racked up a plethora of points. This is already a good rivalry game in that conference and now state is looking for some revenge. Freddi knighten is back for the wolves which adds a big dynamic to their offense. He's not a great passer and is definitely prone to turnovers but he is a legit threat running which they will definitely do with him. Lafayette is down quite a bit from last year and I like this game being at home for state. I'm looking at a good high scoring affair that state wins by 10 or so

tuesday night games have to be good to keep people's attention so just like I played last Tuesday the over is a very solid selection as well. Lots of points in this one as neither defense is really anything to write home about. Look for state to bring out all the trick plays and hang about 40 on the board.

Any insight on the huge Georgia Southern/App. State game Thursday? Line is moving up in favor of App. State last time I looked. I would love to catch +7 for Georgia Southern if it becomes available...

I like Georgia southern in this spot personally because I agree they play similar football.... Here's the deciding factor in my opinion, both teams are playing on the fifth day meaning four days rest and Georgia southern has a vicious triple option attack.... Hard to prepare for that kind of offense in such a short period of time. Take the points, they may even win straight up but I like this decided by a fg either way

How's Georgia Southern's defense this season? :think2: I'm pretty sure they haven't faced a balanced offensive attack like Appalachian State.

There's also the revenge angle to consider. GS beat-down AS last year. AS has this game circled for payback.

Pretty sure GS won't beat AS by 10+ at Kidd Brewer Stadium. !/

My info shows Appy with 10 returners on O and D, and Geo.South with 5 on O and 8 on D. I will probably take the points though... haven't decided yet though
