KEY STAT: Slovan Bratislava had 21 more attempts on goal than TNS in the first leg

EXPERT VERDICT: TNS put in an admirable performance to come back from Slovakia only 1-0 behind in this Champions League qualifying second-round tie. The Welsh champions were outclassed for long spells and were unable to carve out any real opportunities, so turning things around in the home leg seems improbable.

RECOMMENDATION: Slovan Bratislava

KEY STAT: Cliftonville scored in 13 of their last 14 games last season

EXPERT VERDICT: Cliftonville proved more than a match for well-fancied Debrecen in their first-leg clash, holding the Hungarian side to a 0-0 draw in Belfast. Tommy Breslin's side travel to Hungary knowing an away goal would give them a strong chance of causing a huge upset, so expect them to play without fear.

RECOMMENDATION: Both teams to score

KEY STAT: Celtic had 28 attempts in the first leg of this tie

EXPERT VERDICT: Celtic took 84 minutes to break the resistance of KR Reykjavik in Iceland last week but Callum McGregor's strike should ease any frustrations for the reverse fixture, which is being played at Celtic's temporary home of Murrayfield. This will surely be a case of how many for the Bhoys.

RECOMMENDATION: Celtic-Celtic double result

KEY STAT: Both teams have scored in the last four competitive games St Patrick’s have played

EXPERT VERDICT: Legia Warsaw managed to save their blushes with an injury-time equaliser in the home leg of this Champions League qualifier last week. While the Polish side remain favourites to progress, but will need to show much more potency in front of goal against the Irish side, who are a difficult side to shut out.

RECOMMENDATION: Both teams to score

DRF HARNESS

Race 8 - $10,000 Guaranteed Pick Four Pool

Jeremey’s $1 Pick Four Play:

1,2 / 6 / 1,2,3 / 1,5,6,7 = $24

Best Bet: DUNKS BROTHER (3rd)

Spot Play: MOLLY’S TROLLEY (6th)

Race 1

In a wide-open and evenly matched race (6) R B'S ROYALTHUNDER has some upside and a good burst of speed despite coming off a break. (4) RICH N RARE lightly raced trotter has lots of room for improve and good gate speed; threat. (2) SMOKE'N STORMS is 0 for 20 on the year but does appear to be one of the faster horses in the race; command a price.

Race 2

(6) RYDALE HIGH faces much easier and should offer a good price. (2) ACTION AUBREE ROSA bumps up in class after a dominating win. However the pacer has yet to show any consistency and will be a short price. (1) VEGAS LUCK well bred filly makes her sophomore debut off a long layoff and put in a decent qualifier.

Race 3

(9) DUNKS BROTHER has shown much more talent than the rest of the field and will be tough to beat. (1) FERRISWHEEL JUNKIE has an excellent pedigree and looked to be improving before the break. (2) ROYAL BETTY three-year-old filly has a good burst of speed off the gate which should give her a chance for a piece.

Race 4

(5) LIMA JAVA mare has had a tough year but finds a suspect field to get on track; threat. (4) MJ CRUISER has just been racing evenly but could pick up the pieces with some racing luck. (9) C'MON MR BROCK has been off almost a year but did close up nicely in the qualifier.

Race 5

(9) RENATA should offer a great price and with a smooth trip will be much closer turning for home. (8) SADIES SCOOTER showed a big move from a really tough spot last out; threat. (4) GRAMMA'S STAR lightly raced well bred pacer has yet to put it all together but will pop at a price soon.

Race 6

(9) MOLLY'S TROLLEY trotting mare doesn't necessarily show it on paper but raced well last out showing a good burst of speed parked the mile. (3) NORTH PARCC scored the upset last out and will try the same tactic this week; fires early. (1) CINCINNATI MYSTRES gets post relief and should offer a big price.

Race 7

(1) LIGHTNING ELAINE filly drops in class and makes her first start in a new barn. (8) CHANAS LUCKY THREE gets a tough post but will offer a big price and could be a player late in the right scenario. (3) SLOT ARTIST probably has the most ability in the race but has a low percentage pilot.

Race 8

(1) MOST REMARKABLE is faster than most of the field with a smooth trip and gets the best post. (2) KINETIC YANKEE takes a big drop in class and should be ready for a big effort. (4) LUMINOUS LOMBO A hasn't been competitive in a long time but went a big three quarters of a mile last out; use underneath.

Race 9

(6) MR ABERDEEN gelding gutted out a victory even not at his best in his last effort. The well-bred trotter is tough to beat when he makes the top. (2) BROADWAY BOUND seven-year-old needed his last two efforts and should be much tighter. (9) CLASSICAL LOVE made a break last out but could be a big price on the bottom of your tickets.

Race 10

(2) DANNYS MAN just needs a good steer from the provisional driver for a big chance in a weak field. (1) ILLUMINATION bumps up in class but does draw the rail and had an excellent effort last out. (3) D J SUPREME gets a big driver change and faces easier.

Race 11

(5) ROBIN DONTGET will offer a big price in a field with a combined zero wins on the year. (6) QUALITY SPORT would be considered the horse to beat with a better driver; threat. (7) DIAL A DRAGON is at the mercy of the pace and outer flow; command a price.

Race 12

(7) SCHALYN drops in class, gets a good driver change, and just needs honest fractions up front to be a player late. (4) BELLE'S BECKY owns a good burst of speed but needs some racing luck to hit the top. (1) LEGACY CHIP picks up a top driver and the best post.

Race 13

(5) INGLORIOUS MUSTARD has beaten better and owns the fastest win time in the field by far. (4) ARMBRO DURABLE looks terrible on paper but finds an inconsistent field. (1) MOOVEIT looks to take tote action down in class with a huge driver change. However the 4-year-old pacer has been racing very evenly; use caution.

Race 14

(4) BERLIN HALL has been much improved for a new trainer in the qualifiers. (6) ZOOMIN JESSE is just now rounding back into racing shape and has some ability. (9) S M'S TERMINATOR could be in line for a nice ground-saving trip; use underneath.

Race 15

(2) BEACH CRISIS picks up a good driver change with a great starting post. (1) NUKES FORTUNATESON has yet to win on the year but looks to be a player from the rail. (3) HERE COMES WHITEY has slowly been improving and could be sitting on a better effort.

Spot Play: TRACEUR HANOVER (9th)

Race 1

(5) SPIRIT TO WIN qualified sharply in a winning effort and appears ready to begin her career. (8) A LITTLE MORE LOVE comes from the McIntosh barn and hasn't been worse than second in two career starts. (10) UP THE ALLEY just missed last week in his career debut by a nose and may offer a fair price from post 10.

Race 2

(3) MUSCLE BABE has won three of six this season, draws inside and comes from the Menary barn. (6) RIVETING ROSIE has hit the board in each of her last two starts and has been rounding into form. (4) SWEETIE HEARTS might provide a price, but she begins from an inside post, has the speed and Parsons' barn has been good this season.

Race 3

(1) RANSOM DEMAND draws inside, has closed in sub-:27 fashion in each of her last two and is ready to break his maiden. (4) ART DEGREE comes from the Young barn and hasn't missed the board this season. (2) BIG SECRET has been racing much better in his last two starts and may offer a fair price.

Race 4

(4) BLACKTREE was timed in 1:51 in his most recent start, draws well and may offer a fair price. (5) CLUSTER HANOVER comes from the Darling barn and has been a game second in each of his last two starts. (7) NAKED CITY has won two straight, shows gate-speed and is very capable of the class jump.

Race 5

(3) MASSIVE POCKETS draws inside, has hit the board in five of seven starts this season and is a top threat in this class. (2) TSUNAMI SEELSTER draws inside and has a hard-closing third in his most recent start in this class. (8) P L HURCULES has hit the board in three of four starts this season and may offer a price from post eight.

Race 6

(5) RECKON IM READY won this class last week, has excellent gate-speed and draws well. (7) ROLLS BLUE CHIP has hit the board in each of his last two starts and Durand is a very capable conditioner. (1) MURMUR HANOVER might offer a price, but he has all kinds of speed to offer and will need to mind his manners.

Race 7

(2) SURPRISE HANOVER draws inside and continued to pace home in sub-:28 fashion. He faces a much easier field tonight. (6) IDEAL JET has hit the board in two of three starts this season and recently qualified sharply. (8) ARAMBLIN HANOVER was timed in 1:51 4/5 in his most recent start and poses as a top threat after that performance.

Race 8

(6) BODY TALK was a game second in his most recent and is back on a seven-day rotation for trainer/driver Rick Zeron. (3) MOONLIGHT ESPOIR comes from the Beaver barn and qualified impressively in his most recent. (5) MAGIC IS COOL has hit the board in two of his last three starts and comes from the Maxwell barn.

Race 9

(3) TRACEUR HANOVER qualified impressively in his most recent start and looks like he has a lot left to offer. (5) UTAH BEACH was a game third last week in his career debut, has terrific breeding and has a license to improve. (7) GRAND GALOP SEMALU paced home in :27 in his most recent start, comes from top connections and may offer a fair price.

Race 10

(6) PLAY AT WYNN was a winner two back in this class, comes from the Gallucci barn and is very capable. (5) JUST ONE MORE has terrific gate-speed, comes from the Johnson barn and was a winner two back. (9) SELMAS WISH has hit the board in each of her last three starts and is capable of overcoming post nine.

Yonkers: Tuesday 7/22 Analysis
By Brewster Smith

DRF HARNESS

MEET STATS: 210 - 805 / $1,314.70 BEST BETS: 16 - 67 / $63.00

Best Bet: IDEAL FASHION (11th)

Spot Play: BOSSERS JOY (4th)

Race 1

(2) Q ROCK Delaware invader can top this group at his best. (3) BATTLE CALL showed some late kick in his previous trip. (1) SAINT WILLIAM A retains the rail slot off a game third last out.

Race 2

(7) BIN N HEAVEN Sharp victory at Buffalo recently. Two-year-old miss is very capable of getting it done again. (5) SASSA HANOVER went down the road last out for all the glory at Monti; threat. (4) JAG OUT fits with these; watch out.

Race 3

(2) IDEAL WEDDING just held on for the score last time around. She can boss these for her second straight victory. (4) LADY BETH put in a solid finish for the place spot last time out. (7) POKERFACE has some speed to contend with this group.

Race 4

(2) BOSSERS JOY lit up the tote board at Buffalo in her recent trip. Now moves her trade to Yonkers and with a little luck, she could mow these down. (5) SHES HEAVENLY Easy score in her latest at Monticello; main danger. (1) HEAVEN ON EARTH Quite sharp for win honors last out at Pocono.

Race 5

(2) AMERITIME just missed the victory in her last start upstate. Juvenile miss can get back to her winning ways tonight. (3) BAND OF ANGELS took the pocket route home to victory last time around. (4) OUR HOT MAJORETTE put in a good try in her last one at Buffalo for the score.

Race 6

(2) ZIP CODE ENVY Has fine speed and this one is fit and ready to make tonight a winning one. (3) BETTOR N BETTER just got up for all the glory last time out; big threat again. (5) HEAVENS LEGACY could land a share of the purse.

Race 7

(3) MOWET BLUE CHIP was a closing second in her most recent trip to the post. With the right trip, this gal can take this at her best. (1) WONDER GIRL made it so easy last out for the score at Monti. (4) POP THE TAGS could make some noise in her first pari-mutuel try.

Race 8

(3) WILD SHOT HANOVER gets the luck of the draw and good to see Bartlett signs on for the drive; threat at best. (7) SAMS TREASURE was very game for the place spot in his most recent try. (5) IRAS BIG GUY could be right square in the mix.

Race 9

(1) EXPENSIVE TOY moves up in class off an impressive score last time around. If this gelding receives the perfect trip from his rail slot, it's game over for the rest of these. (4) MR SHADOW Very sharp in victory in his last one; main danger. (6) GEORGETOWN N stays in same company off two nice scores in a row; not out if this despite the move to the 6-hole.

Race 10

(6) BAGS OF MONEY is knocking at the door and this looks like a perfect spot for this pacing gelding to get it done. (4) DROVER gapped but raced evenly in his latest. (2) RUDE BOY Upstate invader went down the road last time out for all the glory.

Race 11

(1) IDEAL FASHION flashed fine speed at Philly last time around. Sophomore pacer has every right to top these all the way from the fence. (4) K LEES SHAKENBAKE will need a better trip than his last one; maybe. (5) UF ROCKIN DRAGON could land a share.

Race 12

(7) SAILING CRUISE Even finish in his last trip. Gelding is seeking his first score of the year and maybe he gets the right trip. (3) HELLO HOT SHOT and (6) KNOCKING AROUND both of these could contend in here.

MLB Comp Pick for Tuesday, July 22, 2014: 8:40 PM ET

MLB (961) WASHINGTON NATIONALS VS (962) COLORADO ROCKIES

Take: over

Reason: Your Bonus Play for Tuesday, July 22, 2014 is in the National League contest between the Washington Nationals and Colorado Rockies. Washington has been playing great baseball the last two weeks and heads out to Colorado, a great offensive park. In fact, it's no surprise that Coors Field is once again one of the top hitters parks in baseball. It helps to have a strong starter in this park and Washington does in Ryan Zimmerman (3.03 ERA). The team is 3-1 his last four starts. He has walked just 20 in 113 innings with 101 Ks. The Rocks look to start little known Yohan Flande. Flande has pitched in only three games this season, making a spot start here and there. He's 0-2 with a 7.36 ERA and 1.705 WHIP, not good numbers to be bringing into a hitter's park like Coors Field. Would love to play Washington here, but the Nats are laying 1.65 on the road and that might go up by game time. Washington has been a good over bet of late, going 7-3 O/U in their last 10 road games and 6-2 in Zimmerman's last eight overall starts. We have to fade an 11 total here, but that's for good reason as Flande will likely get lit up. Might be a good spot for Washington and OVER, but my Bonus Play here for a straight play will be on the OVER.

Boston Red Sox vs. Toronto Blue Jays

1* Bonus Play on the Boston Red Sox -107

The Red Sox laid a whooping on the Blue Jays yesterday and I think getting them as the slight underdog here is a great value play. Boston sends Jake Peavy (1-8, 4.59 ERA) to the hill, the veteran has pitched pretty well this season but has not got the run support of other pitchers like his counterpart in this game. Note that Peavey is 3-1 with a 3.19 ERA in seven career starts against the Blue Jays. Jays starter J.A Happ (7-5, 4.91 ERA) has gotten ample run support despite not pitching as well as Peavy this year; in fact, Happ hasn’t pitched a quality outing since June and has a 2-2 record with a rough 5.22 ERA in 27 innings lifetime against the Red Sox. Toronto may have won two of three against the Texas Rangers in its last series but I think it hides the fact that the team has really been struggling overall (Toronto is tied for second in the East after going 13-25 since entering play on June 7th with a six-game division lead). The Red Sox meanwhile are feeling good about themselves; a winner in eight of nine, Boston owns a 38-6 scoring advantage while batting .333 during a five-game surge that has helped pull the club out of last place in the AL East. Conversely, the Jays bats have been pretty silent since the loss of Edwin Encarnacion; also note that Toronto slugger Jose Bautista has not homered in 14 straight games and is 3 for 20 in his last six (he’s also just 4 for 20 without a homer against Peavy). Boston looks like a great bet to me as the slight underdog or even money.

Kansas City Royals at Chicago White Sox 8:10PM

Bonus Play Kansas City Royals

Reason: I'm recommending a play on the KC Royals on Tuesday. KC gets "just what the doctor ordered" tonight as they look to snap a 4-game losing streak. Bruce Chen takes the mound and is the small favorite. Chen has owned the Sox in his last four starts against them. I expect more of the same against a lineup that plates just 3.6 rpg in home night games against left-handers. I also expect a few more runs out of KC. The Royals will face Scott Carroll, who has been tagged for 17 earned runs and 52 base runners in seven home appearances, spanning just 29 IP. Teams have hit .336 against Carroll at US Cellular this season. The Royals have already pounded the Kansas City native in two appearances in 2014 and while they have been struggling at the plate, overall, the Royals are still averaging nearly 5 rpg in road night games against righties. It's the right matchup for the Royals and I'm betting they take full advantage. I'm recommending a play on Kansas City on Tuesday. Thanks & GL! Scott Spreitzer.

RECOMMENDED CHOICES

The Walker Group Picks

# 2 CELTIC KING 10/1

# 6 ALLIE'S ARROW 5/2

# 8 GRAND MIXTURE 10/1

I think CELTIC KING is a formidable pick especially at a such a nice price. May see a turnaround with blinkers going on in this event. Has a sharp shot in this race if you like back class. ALLIE'S ARROW - Will almost certainly come out strong - I have liked the way this gelding has moved speedily to the front end recently. Must be given a shot in this competition if only for the quite good Equibase Speed Figure earned in the last race. GRAND MIXTURE - Jockey's recent ROI figures make this gelding a good bet.

Mountaineer - Race #2 - Post: 7:23pm - Maiden Special - 8.0 furlongs on the Turf. Purse: $19,400 Class Rating: 67

Rating: Golden DollarGolden DollarGolden DollarGolden Dollar

#2 BERRA (ML=6/1)
#9 TAYLORS POINT (ML=6/1)
#1 LORDY LORDY LORDY (ML=5/1)

BERRA - A big drop down in class rating points from his July 2nd race at Mountaineer. Based on that knowledge, I will give this horse the advantage. Have to give this horse a long look. In recent races, has posted the best speed figures on the turf at this distance. The improved speed figures over the last three races is great. Meals drops him in this race ready to go. Entered a Maiden Special race at Mountaineer last race out and raced on the soft turf finishing fourth. Have to do better in this event. TAYLORS POINT - I like to wager on this handicapping angle, a thoroughbred coming back off a solid effort within the last month or so. Entered last at Mountaineer in a race with a class number of 76. Dropping a significant amount in class figure in today's event puts him in a solid position in this race. This rider/handler duo has been producing a very positive ROI, right at +114. This gelding recorded a nice speed rating of 67 in his last affair. That speed fig should be lofty enough to prove victorious this time. LORDY LORDY LORDY - This gelding is in nice condition. Finished second on Jul 6th.

Vulnerable Contenders: #8 KEY FOR SUCCESS (ML=8/5), #6 SATURDANITESPECIAL (ML=6/1), #3 DUSTY MONEY (ML=8/1),

KEY FOR SUCCESS - Based on the pace scenario in this race, this animal doesn't fit in here. With a single front-runner and this horse having to race from behind, he sure has a tough assignment. SATURDANITESPECIAL - I'm foretelling a lackluster try out of him today. DUSTY MONEY - Hard to expect this gelding to be in shape after the very long layoff. Couldn't close ground at all on Nov 24th. Hard to play in today's event at the expected odds. This mount ran a somewhat easily forgotten fig last time out. He shouldn't improve and will likely suffer defeat in today's race running that fig.
