Tuesday 3.3 early look - Conf. Tourney Time

a few that jump off the page on me....

FSU +11.5 @ Duke -- Duke can't matchup physically. That is their problem and the reason they won't get far in the tourney.

Wake -1.5 @ MD -- MD still getting too much credit for their victory over UNC. Wake will run away with this one as Dook did a few days ago.

Weber ST -4 @ Mont St --- Weber a great team in this conference full of awful teams.

VA +15 @ Clemson -- Clemson homer here. They are just not playing good ball right now. No reason they should be laying 15 to a VA team they lost too already. VA playing well lately as well

Oh ST @ Ia +1.5 - I love home dogs and Iowa is a good one to jump on. 12-3 at home this year. Won their last 3 home games against Ohio st, 2 of them as dogs.


Why have all the Big Ten games been postponed?

Jake Kelly, the Hawkeyes point guard has been on fire the last three games. I all depends if he is on or not. The other 4 guys on the team are not very good.

hey i actually was just looking and like 4 of the 5 games you chose. have you posted here and have a record to see if i am matching up with a guy who hit his plays hahah. Im jk man hope we both hit tomorrow with FSU, Wake, Iowa, and Weber. I gotta take a look at clemson but i feel like you might be right there as well

I like FSU, Wake, and Bama

Bama is a great home team at 13-4....anyone else have any thoughts on the Tide at -1?

I have posted here and there. Really don't keep up with record. Between work, extracurricular activities, and the wifey, I don't have much time. In no way would I want anyone to follow my plays. I like sports and love to talk it, especially with lines. I like to hear everyone's insights. If I win, I win. If I don't, then we’ll go on to the next day. I have been doing well over the last few weeks, but haven't been posting much. I try to post thoughts when I can, but again, the time factor comes into play a lot. I think the biggest part is money management and don’t ever ever chase (I have been guilty). There's always tomorrow with better value out there. And as always, don't play if you don't have it.


Weber ST -4 @ Mont St -- Weber lost to this Mont ST team by 4 at home, their last loss since winning 11 straight. Going to stay away from this one. Weber already has the Big Sky locked up so they may rest some players. On the other hand, Mont St will be playing Montana in the first round of the Big Sky tourney, so they may be focusing on that a bit more.

Wake - Locked in at -1.5 last night. I really like this play. Wake matches up very well against MD. I know MD needs another solid win on their resume, but I don't see that happening here. Wake just too strong down low hitting the boards. Offensive Boards wins games in my opinion.

OSU @ IA +1.5 -- Still waiting on this one. I have a feeling the line may go up a 0.5 pt or 1 pt seeing how 1/3 of America are Buckeye fans and the other 2/3 are Duke and Irish gamblers.

FSU +12 (bought the hook) - locked this one in as well. Size is Duke's problem and FSU will give them a problem. I may even take the Money Line on the side. FSU playing great basketball. I'll take Double digits in ACC play when both teams are ranked any time of the year.

VA + 15 @ Clemson -- Clemson just way too slutty to lay 15. There is a lot better value out there. They seem to play to the other teams level and you all know how Clemson can be late in the season. Clemson can beat Duke by 27 at home, and then lose to a team who is winless in the conference in that of VA. I would stay away. You never know which Oliver Purnell team will show up. I would lean VA if I would make a play though.

Bama game -- I don't know much about either of these teams. I do know this is an in state rivalry and Auburn clobbered a Miss St team on the road last Sat. Bama playing good ball as well. Coin flip for me.
