Just thought of somthing while I was browsing the threads here. I find myself wanting to ask the author of the thread if their problem was solved. Seems as though over half the problems see no resolution or it happens via email. Is there a way you can edit a problem solving thread to read "problem resolved" maybe at the end of the Tiltle? Or maybe you can ask the thread originator to post if there was a resolution to their problem>?

If I could add my 2 cents.

I would think that it would be up to the author of the thread to reply and state if the problem was solved. You already did your part by replying and try to help. Manners go a long way.

Thanks for listening.

I like your ideas, it definitely would make it easier to tell what issues were still unresolved.

It's tough when people post a problem, and then never follow up to say that it's fixed.

This is a very good idea.
If I have an issue I could search RX and find if a similiar problem was solved.

I'm still thinking about exactly how to do this. So far, I think the best way to do it is to simply add "FIXED" to the end of the thread titles.

It's kind of a gray area-because a lot of threads are not necessarily specific issues.
