Norgeous good footage

Still cannot belive how dangerous it was from those videos, people just ran away from it.

How could so many people die?? Had to be more than that

If you look at the one video, you see how strong the current was and how high it was when it went through the town. People walking around had no shot.

those videos werent it.. that was just 2 locations... well after the earthquake.. which did a lot of damage and killed a lot. many countries were hit. those waves just dragged many out to sea..

It looked though it was only like 100 yards and in from Ocean

What am I missing here??

thats 8 times the number of people that live in my beach town of cocoa beach, florida.

did you guys read how very few animals died? experts are saying they could sense it coming and fled to higher grounds.. pretty amazing

how about if you were over there at a resort and you headed out for a little scuba diving when this happened.

i wonder what that would have been like.

I just read an article about 2 scuba divers not even realizing that it passed over them!! They say they saw the debris while diving and thought people in boats were just being pigs. The closer they got to shore, they started to pass bodies floating in the water and finally knew something was wrong.

Whole thing is unreal and tragic

I annot beleive it went onhsore for miles but maybe I am wrong

jj, they said the tsunami traveled at 500 kilometers or miles an hour, not sure which but either one is deadly.....

Very tragic for sure. It is amazing what Mother Nature can do and I suspect we have yet to crack the shell much.
