How is this really Trumps fault? He has tried countless times.... Who keeps stopping it?

WASHINGTON — The House rejected the GOP’s compromise immigration measure Wednesday following weeks of negotiations and a last-minute endorsement from President Donald Trump.
Lawmakers overwhelmingly rejected the bill in a 121-301 vote, falling short of the roughly 218 votes needed to pass. No Democrats voted in favor of the bill.

Senate Democrats for the second day in a row have blocked a Homeland Security funding bill that would roll back President Obama’s executive actions on immigration.
A motion to begin debate on the measure failed 53-47 on Wednesday, with all Democrats voting against it

House Democratic leaders are facing sharp pushback from rank-and-file members on plans to deliver billions of dollars to ease the migrant crisis at the southern border, threatening to drag out another border funding fight with President Donald Trump.
Leaders of several groups, including the Congressional Hispanic Caucus and the Congressional Progressive Caucus, have told top Democrats they oppose sending Trump even one more dollar for the border without a slew of strict conditions — complicating any deal with Republicans.

Immigration lawyers went back to court this month to block the latest attempt by the Trump administration to restrict immigration to the U.S. This time, however, instead of invoking new measures against migrants fleeing persecution, the White House and Department of Homeland Security went back in time, relying on a measure first signed into law by President Clinton.
Specifically, the Trump White House moved to expand expedited removal of non-citizens — the deportation without a hearing of anyone who cannot prove they have been in the country for at least two years.
Meanwhile, some 20 Democratic hopefuls are working to position themselves as the left’s best choice in 2020. But those Democrats must face an uncomfortable truth: Much of the immigration crisis they so easily denounce in sound bites is a failure of their own party’s leaders.

President Trump’s key immigration rule change, to discourage immigrants from relying on public health programs, food stamps, housing assistance and other welfare, got derailed on Friday by three federal judges, which were all appointed by former President Obama. Their decisions, blocking Trump’s rule from going into effect, are wins for Democrats and immigration lobbyists. America’s poor are the losers.
