  1. Grant Carone pulled all real estate deals in NY off the table and will redirect that money to FL and TX
  2. Kevin O'Leary says every investor, including himself, has vowed to never invest in NY real estate again
  3. Remington, the 208 year old gun manufacturer, is closing up their Ilion, NY factory and moving to GA in March
  4. Truckers are uniting and not accepting loads targeted for NY
  5. Major acts are canceling all NY concerts

I made a prediction 2 years ago that Miami was being cultivated to serve as the new HQ for Wall Street. Of course I didn't know any of the Trump stuff at the time as my prediction was based on cost of living and taxation in addition to crime and weather, but just wait until the Financial District of NYC begins their exodus to the South

For the people who are sceptical that shelves and supplies will run out very very quickly - i just wanna explain that almosr all stores and suppliers, operate on a "just in time" delivery restocking system. This means that stores dont keep a months worth of supplies in their warehouse. To keep warehouse space, and storage costs etc, to a minimum, stores often only have a few days supply in their warehouses, and they reorder and get restock supplies almost at the last minute, hence the term "just in time" used in the supply chain for this type of restocking. Hence even a few days of no trucks, or even 50% of trucks, means these stores will run out QUICKLY. This is even without panic buying setting in and quickly emptying the shelves. So this movement and boycott WILL have a huge knockon effect. The NY politicians have made a HUGE, HUGE mistake, and they do not yet realize the serious damage they have done to their credibility. They are finished. They just dont realize it yet.

Another fail....

Most of those trucks are two-axle, single-unit box trucks, not semis. Most of the drivers are independent contractors or work for small businesses. If “about ten drivers” don’t want to make deliveries in response to the Trump civil fraud case, or even if this protest expands significantly to a hundred or a few hundred, there will be plenty of other drivers to pick up the slack. Freight finds a way.

oh well....
