It is already time for me to start thinking of making my annual trip down to CR arty:

Just wondering about this point so I thought I would ask this crowd. Since Semana Santa is coming so early this year (Easter is on 3/27 according to my calendar), will the "green" season rates go into effect right after that or do they usually go into effect around an arbitrary date? I heard most places start lowering rates and travelling gets much easier after the holiday so I am thinking of going late April. Anyone have an idea on this?
