You know, trash and littering really bugs me. About 4 or 5 times a day I go out behind the office to smoke a cigarrette. The first day I worked here I was glancing the the left, and I see a pretty waterfall through the trees. I commented on it and the person that I was with, said "Look to the left", so I did and YEEKS! NASTY! Not to mention the smell of the river on rainy days... YUCK.

So now everyday when I go have a cigarette (which by the way, I put out and then throw it in the trashcan) and I wonder how can people ruin natures beauty by littering...

Where's the adobt a highway program? Or get those prisioners out there cleaning this city up....

I don't know, ,,, just wanted to vent.

chepe is a shithole... nothing to it... some nice buildings.. but its crap.. plane and simple.

yea.. the trash thing really bugs me...

i was in puerto viejo for semana santa... there a couple days before... and it was mellow.. no one there yet.. its kept up pretty decent...

then all the city kids came out.. and i was going down past punta uva to go surf... and the "WHITE ticos" had invaded monzanillo beach(no big deal right, one weekend a year.. so what?)..when they left.. the place looked like paseo colon on trash day. its fuckin unbelievable... this place is absolutly beautiful... and the ticos pride on nature... but trash the shit out of it every chance they get... i was repulsed to the point of almost puking... pretty sad...

defenatly need some more education in the preservation department...

should fine CCR Brewing for every imperial can and bottle you find on the beach...that would be a start....

they did it to resturaunts on or near the beach in certain places in cali.
pretty effective...

sigh... so now i look more and more like a tico hater everyday here i express my feelings.. truth is i dont hate them... just need to change some shit is all....
this is an absolutly awesome place... but there is plenty of room for improvement.
