This is just very odd.. I once bet on the Swedish Hockey League with them and found a misgrade and they took care of it just like that. Thats fairly obscure, I could see them taking a couple hours to make sure the authenticity of a score out of Sweden.

But this was a big ticket NCAA game. It was on National ESPN for crisssakes. I can understand the need to make sure things are right but you can check 50 sources on this in like 10 minutes.
