1. olympic - I think they do great, everyone knows the betjam/oly show is my fav I make no secret of it. but the chics sound hot and they get it done. they give me the its a dirty biz feeling but they are not shady in the presentation, so it has a degree of a appeal to it.
2. B365 - personally I think this book is 2nd rate even though they are huge, legit, and always pay, but the damn operators sound like they work for the phone company (professionalism). they will discuss any thing and everything with you at length and at the end you feel the smile in the voice and theystate who they are and thanks for calling.

Bet Cris - one of the oldest in the biz, they make you feel like an unspecial jerk off everytime. but you know why I like these guys? it is their agenda to accomplish goals. they want to get things done, its important to them. they arent rude; theyre not going to blow your dick either though. but they get tasks accomplished, and always let you know where they are at on an issue with none of the BS.

Dante- Shouldn't you have put an (email only) next to Pinnacle as well? They are certainly a top notch book but they will never be accused of being the kings of customer service.
Rob- bet365 has excellent customer service but their loan shark type vig and wide straddles as well as their lack of Western Union will hold them back from being highly rated.

I agree with Doug. Having good customer service is like having a lot of double plays in baseball -- the teams with the most double plays are the ones who allow the most runners on base. The idea is to never need CS.
Usually I use CS to speed up a deposit or a withdrawal, or to clear up issues like bad lines or exceeded limits.
The best books like Pinnacle never have such issues so it doesn't matter how good or bad their CS is. If I'm using a book's CS a lot it means there's something wrong with the book.
