To branch out from Pinny, Oly, Canbet etc, books that have active posting GMs' here at the ol' Rx with 4 years posting or so with no stiffs.
Great search engine here. If you want to park 5k or so with lesser books, spend a couple of hours reading their posts for the last 4 years.

Can sacrifice a bit of variety for solid CS and comfort. I think customer service is overlooked too often, if i can't get straight answers, or can never get thru, i don't want to waste my time.
I am VERY happy with each book i am with right now, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend any of them to anyone.

2. If BeantownJim bashes them on the message boards and calls them robbers. (That means they are stand up guys and don't take any BS from losers that cry on the boards about their own stupidity and incompetence, such as not knowing what time a game starts in their own neighborhood)
3. If they send BeantownJim emails saying "Thanks for the $660 sucker!" after being bashed repeatedly on the message boards. (That means that they are damn cool, and have a great sense of humor)
