Ten Hardest College Schedules
In our last article, The Ten Easiest College Fantasy Football Schedules, we found that the non-BCS schools dominated the list, led by C-USA, The Sun Belt and the WAC. It's not surprising that the ten toughest college fantasy football schedules for 2010 all belong to BCS teams. For fantasy purposes, we are only looking at the opponents' defensive stats.
Iowa State - The Cyclones face opposition that will give up only 83% of the rushing yards and 84% of the points that an average schedule will yield.
LSU - The Tigers face an all-around difficult schedule that will give up 92% of the passing yards, 91% of the rushing yards and 86% of the points of an average schedule.
Duke - Another tough all-around schedule, 93% of the passing yards, 91% of the rushing yards and 87% of the points.
Minnesota - The Gophers' opposition will yield only 86% of the rushing yards that an average slate would.
FSU - 94% against the pass and 89% against the run.
Auburn - 93% against both the pass and the run.
South Florida - 91% against the run and 91% scoring.
Miami - 93% against the pass and 91% scoring.
PSU - 89% against the run.
