Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo has a broken pinkie on his throwing hand and will be out four weeks, a team source told ESPN's Michael Smith.

Romo initially was diagnosed with a pinkie sprain in Sunday's 30-24 overtime loss to the Arizona Cardinals.

Veteran quarterback Brad Johnson, the Cowboys' holder on kicks, is Romo's backup.

The Cowboys have lost two of their last three games after starting the season 3-0.

Good thing I also have Rodgers as my backup QB for my fantasy team.

What's Dallas' schedule the next 4 weeks? They can still probably go 3-1 depending on who they play. If they have 2 or 3 division games in the next 4 weeks this injury could kill there chances on winning the division.

I wish they would have put in Brad Johnson yesterday. Too late now. Bunch of lazy ass Cowboys. Looked like they were on a picnic. d1g1t alwatts
