I have used them quite a bit. They're kind of okay, but to imply there have never been complaints is just incorrect. I recall a few people having some difficult payouts in the last year.
I recall one very long and winding story about a difficult payout. They sent out an unsigned cheque at some point - but there was a lot more to it than just that. Complaints have been generated because of their over-complicated policy of only refunding to Neteller the amount deposited - then everything above that has to go by another method. There have been issues. Never a no-pay, mind you.
Also they suck for people who like props. They came up with an incredibly ill-conceived, Mickey Mouse policy a few months ago limiting prop play. I won't even try to explain it. I'll just say that, unless they have retracted the policy, if you like props don't play at WW.
They sent me an e-mail to limit my prop play. It was nuts because I had wagered probably a hundred grand there on "regular" bets over the summer, but then one weekend I farted around with 4 or 5 props (which have a $200 limit) and I get this threatening e-mail basically saying, "you have to stop already with your prop madness." I spoke to the CEO Dave Johnson there and he ended up saying it was a mistake and apologized - but it planted enough doubt for me to get right out of there.
If they can't manage their high juice, low-limit props, I don't have much confidence in them managing dime lines on baseball (which you only get through their loyalty program by the way - they're aren't immediate and automatic. 20 cent lines is the default.)
Now that I think about it, that did happen at the end of baseball season so that's how long it has been since I used them. Some things may have changed.
I find they (and clone book, BetDon) also make extensive use of shills which puts some people off, myself included.
