I think his agent is hurting him. He may hace a great offensive mind but he hasn't proved anything. Yes, he's won a few big games at Houston, but he's lost several he should've won. Being a head coach at a Power 5 school is a lot different than being the head coach at Houston. His agent wanting Saban and Harbourgh type money and that's absurd.

The NCAA should BAN all contact with coaches for the purpose of hiring until after that coach's last game, even if it is a bowl.
This crap is getting worse and worse every year, several teams were in disarray the last few games wondering about their coach leaving and now some will not coach their bowl team because they will be hired before the bowl game by another school.
(I understand there are some trade offs in this matter but overall this is what would be best for all... fans, players, school, coaches)
