The Money Team Wins - Thursday NHL Hockey

NHL 80-70 +$12,633 (53%)
Recap 2-0 +$2,650

So we ended up going 5-1 +$4,550 (83%) for our "All Sports Access VIP Members." We know that lots of you can only play 5 or less games a day but winning with us you can wager more on less picks!

Quality over quantity…. No one does it better! The last few weeks have been a grind, as we take the small profits as we grow!

NHL Selection:

1k Vegas -135 (
BIG WIN 4-2)

The Panthers are winless in four visits to T-Mobile Arena. Last season, they suffered a 5-3 defeat in Las Vegas. Their defense has struggled for most of the season, so I highly doubt the Panthers’ chances to pull off an upset in this matchup. Florida will close down a tough four-game road trip, while Vegas will take the ice for the first time in five days. Vegas is 13-5 in its last 18 games against the Eastern Conference and 9-2 in its last 11 meetings with the Atlantic Division. On the other side, Florida is 3-6 in its previous nine outings on the road and 2-5 in its past seven tilts versus the Pacific Division.

1k Ottawa -1.5
+165 (BIG WIN 5-2)

The Senators’ special teams will make a difference in this game, as both Ottawa and Arizona average north of 10.0 penalty minutes per game. The Sens are arguably a much better offensive team than the Yotes, who have only scored five goals over their previous four outings. Arizona is 1-6 in its last seven meetings with the Eastern Conference. On the other side, the Senators haven’t impressed either, but they’ve still won four of their last seven contests overall.

NHL Selection:

1k San Jose Over 6.5 -125 (8 GOALS)

Edmonton has been very good on offense this season. They rank fourth in goals per game. Connor McDavid leads the Oilers with 79 points. McDavid is first in points, first in goals, and first in assists in the league. He has recorded one or more points in 22 of his last 23 games. Leon Draisaitl has 63 points on the year and he is second in points and third in assists in the league. He has recorded one or more points in eight of the last 10 games. Goaltending has struggled for San Jose this season. They rank 27th in goals against per game. The over is 7-3 in the last 10 meetings between these two teams. This will be a higher-scoring game and the over will hit.

The Money Team Wins - Saturday NHL Hockey

NHL 81-72 +$11,433 (53%)
Recap
0-2 (-$2,200)

We have been in the game for 35 plus years and know what we're doing... winning money for our members.

Still on fire and no one can stop us now lol!
Anyone can post a pick without any thought.... as you can see the VALUE in why we're on a selection!

Quality over quantity…. No one does it better! As most of you already know LOL.

NHL Selection:

1k LA Kings -120 (
LOST)
1k LA Kings -1.5 +195 (
LOST)

New Jersey is finally putting it together after years of being a bottom dweller, but they are facing a Kings team that is coming into their own behind Copley. The Kings have opened the year 4-1-0, beating Dallas, Edmonton, Vegas, and San Jose. The only loss was to Boston and everyone is doing that these days.

The Devils have caught fire on the road, and they would normally be the team to beat in this game, but back-to-back nights, even with the short trip is never easy. That wins up being the difference in this game as Los Angeles wins a close one.

The Money Team Wins - Monday NHL Hockey

NHL 82-73 +$13,333

RECAP 1-1 +$1,900

NHL Selection:

2k Columbus
+165 (LOST)
The Jackets have beaten New York in their very last two encounters, scoring five goals each time, including a 5-1 victory in Ohio in October this season. Even more impressively, Columbus has snatched five wins on its past six trips to Manhattan, banking seven triumphs on the last nine visits. The Rangers, who will be playing with no rest, meanwhile, have only managed to pick up two victories in their most recent five road outings and have, interestingly, followed up a home defeat with a loss on the road on two of the previous three occasions when registering consecutive setbacks.

3k Nashville
+130 (WON)
The last time these teams met, Nashville totally dominated in Calgary, but things seemed stacked against them as they have lost their last three games and are getting iffy goaltending at best. However, the combination of Juuse Saros (2.73, .919) and Kevin Lankinen (2.81, .918) have played well and they are about even with Jacob Markstrom (2.84, .893), so Calgary does not have the edge. The difference will be the home ice. Nashville has not won a lot of games at home, but they have been in every one of them. You should definitely take them and the 1.5 goals, but go all out and take them to win. This is a team that matches up well against Calgary and they will win this contest.

Good Day & Good Luck,

The Money Team Wins - Tuesday NHL Hockey

NHL 83-74 +$13,233

RECAP 1-1 (-$100)

NHL Selection:

3k Winnipeg -1.5 +130 (LOST)
The Jets, who average 3.34 goals per game, should find the back of the net at will against a Canadiens defense that allows 3.68 goals per game, with Kyle Connor, Pierre-Luc Dubois, and the rest of the forward unit establishing a strong offensive zone presence and creating open shots with great puck movement. The Jets, who allow only 2.59 goals per game, should limit the Canadiens' offense with Josh Morrissey, Dylan DeMelo, and the rest of the defensive unit creating turnovers in the defensive zone and limiting shots on the net, allowing goaltender Connor Hellebuyck to make plenty of big saves. The Jets should win the game with a dominant performance on the road.

2k Edmonton -1.5
+145 (BIG WIN 5-2)

The Oilers trounced the Kraken 7-2 in their first meeting of the season. Edmonton is one of the most dangerous offensive teams in the league and owns the best power-play percentage in the NHL this season (51-for-163). On the other side, the Kraken hold the second-worst penalty-killing percentage (68.7%), and I’m expecting the Oilers’ offense to make a difference. This is a nice spot for the Oilers, who have scored 17 goals over their last three outings. Edmonton has only won one of its last seven home contests, so the Oilers have to give their fans something to cheer for. The Kraken have been outstanding lately, and they’ll have to slow down at some point.

Good Day & Good Luck,

The Money Team Wins - Wednesday NHL Hockey

NHL 83-74 +$13,233

RECAP

NHL Selection:

2k Dallas -1.5 +165 (10pm)

The Stars have triumphed in three of their previous four head-to-head matchups against the Sharks. And while only one of those victories has come by a margin of more than one snipe, do expect Dallas to dominate the proceedings on Wednesday! Three of the past four victories of the Stars in San Jose have already recorded a goal-gap of at least two markers, while four of the most recent five overall wins of the team from Texas have all been by more than one strike. Six of the the very last 10 setbacks of the Sharks, meanwhile, have all delivered the Men of Teal a loss by at least two goals.

NHL Selection:

2k Vegas -1.5 +155 (
LOST)
the Golden Knights will be fired up to make amends for that ugly display against the Stars. Dallas is arguably a much better team than Detroit, so I’m expecting Vegas to bounce back. The Golden Knights have won 14 of their last 19 games against the Eastern Conference, and they’ve already beaten Detroit this season. The Red Wings have only won one of their previous nine contests on the road.

Good Day & Good Luck,

NHL
84-74 +$15,233
RECAP 1-0 +$2,000

NHL Selection:

2k Pittsburgh -143 (BIG WIN 4-1)
Pittsburgh has been a much better home team than an away team this season. They have a 10-10-3 road record but a 12-5-4 home record. Ottawa has an 8-11-2 road record this season. The Penguins have had the Senators’ number in recent matchups. Pittsburgh is 6-2-2 in their last 10 games versus the Sens. The Pens have dominated Ottawa while playing at home. Pittsburgh has won nine straight home games against the Senators. Pittsburgh ranks 13th while the Senators rank 25th in goals per game. With a lot of success playing at home against Ottawa, Pittsburgh will win this matchup by two or more goals.

The Money Team Wins - Tuesday NHL Hockey

NHL 86-74 +$19,333
Recap 2-0 +$4,100

1k Colorado ML (WON)
Colorado cannot count on Gabriel Landeskog, Josh Manson, Darren Helm, and Bowen Byram. Cale Makar has missed three straight games due to an undisclosed injury and is listed as questionable to play Tuesday against Washington. Washington will have a tall task to outscore Colorado if Alex Ovechkin remains on the shelf. The Avalanche know Darcy Kuemper well and will look for another strong offensive performance. Before that narrow win over Seattle, the Avs had scored four or more goals in four straight outings. Also, Colorado has only allowed six goals over their previous five showings at any location.

2k Vancouver -1.5 +115 (
WON 5-2)
I’m expecting the Canucks to bounce back in Rick Tocchet’s debut. They are a much better offensive team than the Blackhawks, while both Vancouver and Chicago are arguably among the worst defensive units in the league at the moment. It’s hard to predict the outcome when a couple of lousy teams take on each other. The Blackhawks have been decent over the last couple of weeks, but I think the Canucks will be highly motivated to win this game. Vancouver will pick up the pace, and Chicago doesn’t have enough firepower to contain the Canucks’ offense.

2k Seattle -1.5 +140 (BIG WIN 6-1)

This seems a perfect spot for the Kraken to finally get one over the Canucks. Vancouver will have to deal with fatigue on the second night of a back-to-back, while Seattle had three days to rest and prepare for Wednesday’s clash. The Kraken have struggled a bit to score in their last few games, and the matchup against the Canucks’ leaky defense is a perfect opportunity for redemption. Seattle might miss Andre Burakovsky (G13, A25), but the Kraken have plenty of dangerous weapons in their arsenal, so I’m going with the hosts to win.

NHL:

2k Colorado -1.5 -140 (
LOST)

The Ducks’ last two wins have come against a couple of lousy teams. While Arizona sits at the seventh spot in the Central Division, Columbus has earned the fewest points in the NHL so far this season. I don’t trust the Ducks to pull off an upset at Ball Arena, so give me the Avalanche to beat the puck line. Anaheim’s goaltending ranks 24th in the league in save percentage (.893). Both John Gibson (8-20-4; 4.11 GAA) and Anthony Stolarz (4-6-0; 3.88 GAA) have struggled thus far, so the Ducks will need a miracle to outlast the Avalanche at Ball Arena. Colorado is undefeated in seven straight home contests against Anaheim.
