Time to Deposit - Best Bonuses?

What are the best bonus offers around at reputable books? Looking to put about 2k down to start the year. This is all I've seen so far:

Matchbook - no bonus, reimburse wire costs with commission credits.
BetJamaica - 10% Re-up bonus, max $300 (20% for new accts)
Bookmaker - 10% Re-up bonus, max $500 (20% for new accts)

I've played at all 3 of these, and they are where I would consider depositing again this year. Anything I'm missing? Can I get a better deal if I call?
