You are on here trying to damage our business and livelihood. We employee 12 people at our bar that all make an above average wage. Maybe your envious of our success but I don't know. We start our day at 8:30am to clean and prep for the day. Obviously we are far from a shithole or grungy cantina.

Please just don't post shit on here. If you have some type of problem, be a man and come in an talk to me. Trust me I am no internet tough guy. I just would prefer you come in an clear the air face to face or if you prefer just leave us alone and don't come.

This is not a personal attack, I just feel that you have grown quick and maybe lack the management skills to notice what is happening. People on this forum, customers who were instrumental in your early success feel slighted by your new restrictive delivery. Others have complained publically here about the service. One recent thread mentioned somebody waiting for an hour for food because there was a large delivery order.

Personally I enjoyed the food at one time and still enjoy certain products, but my last few meals were not good and the service was bad. I don't visit anymore for this reason. I don't understand why you think this is an attack on your livlihood? Maybe concentrate more on customer satisfaction and upgrade the quality of your meats and the freshness of your bread and you wont hear comments like this. This is a public message board for costa rica discussion, my comments are totally appropriate and warranted. I don't need to come meet you to discuss in person, that is pointless.

Obviously your completely full of shit since we have had this "restrictive" 10,000 colon minimum order to Santa Ana since we started doing deliveries over two years ago.

Your comments are definitely not warranted since you obviously haven't been in our place if you are calling it a dump. We continuosly clean and just had are entire staff take an 8 hour health sanitation course, including the delivery driver.

Yes many of the people from this forum helped us in our growth and we really appreciate all the business. I know you were not one of those people. since you didn't know about our minimum order, so in your case you can stick it up your ass. If you ordered from us that long you would have known.

My take is, TOT was a nice little neighborhood sandwich joint, food was always ok, service was decent by tico standards. Lately I've just noticed that the quality is way down and the service is slow. 'Dodgingpotholes' is more interested in calling me 'cheap' or whatever, and by throwing out insult after insult. All I'm doing is stating my opinion which is shared by others in this very thread, so its not that far fetched.

Maybe get off your high horse, you make sandwiches, it isnt fine dining. Recognize that your service, particularly delivery is slow. Maybe you should go back to your old meat suppliers because I'm not tasting what I use to taste. I hope you do rebound, as many restaurants have fallen off the map in the area never to regain their old lustre. See my Olga thread for reference. Tex Mex was great, I don't go there anymore, same with Rock and Roll Pollo at one time, although they have a good new owner and seem to be rebounding. I'd prefer you do succeed as theres a shortage of good American style restaurants in the area. Maybe you should listen to your customers instead of telling them to fuck off or stick their complaints up their ass etc...

No. I'm a Brad's Grille fan after going there. It's hands down a much better place accomplishing the same need that Timeout Tavern is after. Games, bar food, beers. Brad's is much better in every category, including:

- They advertise on the radio, and don't spam message boards
- The owner doesn't tell people to "fuck off" and call them "cheap"
- The menu has much more depth
- Wii tournament every thursday night
- The ceiling doesn't look like my freshman dorm carpet

As far as how nice it is, well, it's easy to make a comparison using cars. Brad's would be a ferrari next to Timeout's Pinto. Timeout has gone downhill, and I hope it gets back on course, because they had a good thing for a while, but now it seems they would rather spam and fight then make things right.
