Lakeisha N. Holloway, 24, of Portland, Clark County, has been identified as the driver, who had a toddler in the back seat when she allgedly plowed into pedestrians on two different sections of the sidewalk on the Las Vegas Strip on Sunday
My first thought: Wtf?
Then I put on my dimocrap thinking cap and it all became clear. I think we need some common sense reforms here. You know, more people have been killed and maimed by cars than killed or maimed in all of our wars.
Nobody NEEDS a car that can go over 10 mph. This is insanity, and had this car only been going 5 mph, none of this would have happened! These driving nuts have to be stopped!
I also think we should limit the gas tank size to no more than three gallons. Then outlaw racing stripes, hood ornaments, chrome wheels AND adjustable seats.
We also need the CDC keep track of whether car owners have children in a homes with attached garages and how many suicides are done with automobiles. The depressive nature of car ownership is vastly underestimated in this country. They do it better in Europe with all those trains.
