How do you blow off tilt?

Either when I make a bad play or someone pulls a super suckout (1 or 2-outer), I tend to quickly tilt and peel off my tourney stack and/or a decent amount at a cash game...So annoying. I think that's why my swings are brutal...I grind out a nice profit, then tilt a big stack, then build it back.

Recently I tried sitting at a $.10/$.20 LIMIT O8 table and just ramming jamming with $1 or so and hope to suckout on someone to even things up.....that's kinda fun...

Any other ideas?

Not related to tilt...but I nearly mucked this hand...Very early in a Sit N Go, O8...Do you muck this? I was _really_ worried about A2 of spades from one of the raisers....Making me at best 1/4..

Still not sure I made the right decision...What do you think?

Man u got the nut low and the 2nd high....I know in a $10 MTT im not even thinking about folding im thinking reraising but in that $55 u would have to make your own read, some of those guys wont play nothing but the nuts. But im just going to lose some chips here a lot of times if they have me beat..

Yep...In hindsight, even though I ended up with 3/4, I should have mucked...

It wasn't ALL IN until after the flop, but two raises in front of me..

Have to put one of them on A2/Nut spades...can't put both on a set like it turned out.

Just a very nice flop for my hand, coming off a cash in another $60 SNG, so I said what the hell.
