Off a couple of losses in a row to drop the record to 5-3 +1.90% for the preseason.

There are some pretty good situations going tonight and even through it is week four of the preseason, these situations have stood the test of time in week four.

JACKSONVILLE -3 Washington 36.5

Jacksonville qualifies in a couple of new head coaches situations tonight, which are 48-17-3 and 62-25-3. They also qualify in a 91-41-3 preseason situation that is 44-15-3 in week four. That's enough solid situations to take a light shot with Jacksonville.

NEW ORLEANS -3 Miami 36.5

New Orleans qualifies in the same 91-41-3 situation that Jacksonville qualifies in as well as a 38-12-4 situation.

DALLAS -4 Oakland 35

Cowboys qualify in the same 48-17-3 and 62-25-3 new head coaching situations in preseason that Jacksonville qualifies in. In addition, Parcells has said he will play his starters well into the third quarter and possibly longer. Oakland hasn't looked good in preseason and their second and third string have looked even worse. A case of one coaching wanting to win and another coach who just wants to get out of this game healthy.

agree with NO as well, lots of MIA action everywhere. anything on NCAA, I have 4 decent wagers for tonite there.

dallas also qualifies for , take any preseason team off a one point loss versus a sub .500 team, i don't have enough time to look up the actual stats, but i know it's something like 14-2 ats since 1987.

smart books dont move as much on public action, they move on sharp action b/c it will keep coming until they move. it is different for each situation, IMO they also move the # to get even more action on the wrong side.

the books would leave the line where it is and let the public load up and go for the kill
