3-0 this week banging both 5* plays yesterday bringing the record to 184-164 +63 Units. Feel real good about my hoop mind frame! Keeping a new record for the tournie, and keeping the overall for the NIT.
*5 Units-Bama-2 1/2-over S.Illinois-I loved this game when it came out, and I still love it on game day. SEC much better conference and will have the Crimson Tide prepared for this one. They're schedule, toughest in the nation, will benefit them in the tourney. S.Illinois no longer a dark horse, and not sneaking up on Bama will have it's hands full today. Bama by 10-12.
*5 Units-Marland-6 1/2-over UTEP-I expect this game to be close early, but the Terrapins are playing good ball and should pull away easily in the second half! ACC conference, we all know is the best in college hoops. No upset city here baby! Terrapins by double-digits.
4 Units-Arizona-3-over Seton Hall-I see the Wildcats playing the Dukies in the second round. The Pirates did not look well at the end of the season. This will be a very fast paced game and just like Arizona to showcase the talent that they have. No ones talking about them this year, so the pressure is off Lute to make an early exit. Zona by 8-10.
4 Units-Texas-11 1/2-over Princeton-Rebounding and pressure will be the key to the Longhorns victory here. I don't see Princeton running their offense as well, against a quicker, stronger, bigger team. Princeton not a great team when it falls behind, won't be able to keep up with Texas. Texas by 16-18.
4 Units-Alabama St.+34-over Duke-Duhon, Deng, Ewing banged up won't play much second half. Give me the cover Dukies. My fellow polock, Coach K gives me a Saint Joseph's day present. Duke by 26-28!
