agree with the bald guy this is a tough one to pick - but i think kapusta is on the right side here.

pepperidge farm is a very athletic team - but they are very undisicplined and play "stupid" a lot.

irvine is well coached and realizes pepperidge farm is like this and will try and "wait" them out. this is also irvine's only home game for the entire month of december - and i think they will want to put on a good showing for the home folks.

irvine is also 37-6 their last 43 @ home and a win here gives irvine coach pat douglas his 100th win in irvine.

this one should be close but in the end i think irvine gets to the window.

Refs handed Irvine the game, last time I play on a stupid team, Westphal should have sat Davis, 5'9 pt guard who was 1 for 15 take the last shot over a 7 footer. If Westphal traps the whole game instead of last 6 min they win by 15, Im getting real tired of these BigWest refs. Pepperdine was the right side, most Irvine could ever beat this team by is 2 points, while Pepperdine should beat this team by 15, home cooking city.
