CFB : 2* ARKANSAS ST.

The Indians have 18 seniors on this season’s squad who will be honored tonight. Rain is forecasted throughout the day but should taper off by game-time so the track will be a little soggy as it was last week when the Indians stuck it to Utah St. One of the honorees will be SR RB Antonio Warren as the Wynne AR native will do his best to upstage the nations leading rusher.

The Indians will host Jamario Thomas, the true FR from Longview TX who took over for Patrick Cobbs earlier this season and has since run for 1709 yards (tops in the nation) on 6.7 YPC and 17 TD. Thomas has recorded a record-tying 5 straight 200 yard performances but Antonio Warren will blow by 1000 yards tonight and try to add to his 2 TD. The Indians have covered 6 straight at Indian Stadium with revenge and 9 of their last 10 as a home pup.

For the season Arkansas St. is 3-7 SU but flip that number around to a 7-3 and you’ve got their spread mark for the season. They’ve definitely made their backers happy this season and in the series the home team has covered 4 straight.

I don’t think the Green will lay down tonight with their 24 straight SBC wins on the line but they’ve already committed to playing a CUSA team in the New Orleans Bowl and they’re only 2-3 SU/ATS on the road this season.

well a soggy track would be in favor of a good running team, which ntexas is.

they ran for 337 yds @ 6.9 a carry. ark st is replacing 3 of 4 def lineman,

while ntexas has 4of 5 returning off lineman.

while they have covered at home, utah st is one broke team, and cannot run the football. and troy st does have a good defense, but there off is just terrible.

ntexas is a bad matchup for ark st, a good defense and a very good run off.

like ntexas big.

best of luck.
