Line moved from -7 to -5.5, and I bought the hook to -5.

Minnesota has yet to win on the road, and I think the Clippers are an underrated mid-tier team.

What's wrong with this picture?

I love LAC tonight. The line move I don't understand b/c its pretty close to 50/50. Maybe it was higher with the thought that Gordon would play.

quick look at the trends

Minnesota is 5-1 ATS in their last 6 games when playing on the road against LA Clippers
Minnesota is 4-2 SU in their last 6 games when playing on the road against LA Clippers

I was thinking trap, myself, with the line movement opposite what I would expect.

But the ATS/SU stats may explain the movement - might just be a correction.

I think -5 would be about right for this game, but I expect the Clippers to win by 9.

I wouldn't invest friday night's performance as an outgoing party for the Clippers, that could've been the worst Nuggets game I've seen in years.

Clippers suck big time without gordon, stay away.

The DEN game may have looked bad, but DEN shot 48.5%, nothing to sneeze at. LAC is shooting 47.9% last 5 while MIN is shooting a dismal 41.5% and getting out-rebounded by almost 10 a game!

The Nuggets lost that game because of the 19-0 run that the Clippers went on, starting at the end of the 1Q and continuing well into the 2Q. If you watch the highlights from that run, they were really playing quality basketball all around. Good defense and even better offense. Everything was clicking.

Exactly, it was just a spurt. They did the same thing against the Raptors and Thunder and they still managed to blow it. Players on this team have no idea how to play with a big lead, plus you guys will have to sweat out Dunleavy's awesome 4th quarter rotation that always kills his team.

Picture Deandre Jordan airballing free throws and screwing up pick and rolls for the first 4-5 minutes of the fourth quarter.

I understand what you are saying, but I would much rather put my money on a team that has some talent and the ability to get out to a lead than a team that is just bad overall.

Minny on a 12 game loosing streak. i mean it has to break sometime and what better team to break streaks then against the clippers lol :)

plus clippers prob bit high after their win against nuggets. i think minnys worth a play imo. motivation plays a big factor, no team wants to loose 13 inarow its just embarrasing.
