Maybe the UCLA dominance in the second qtr. was wind related, WYO couldn't punt to save their life in the 2nd., but moved it with ease in the 1st. Not much doubt UCLA wins this game, its what they do in the 3rd. qtr., against the wind that will determine if they cover or not.
