DC, I agree that Seattle shouldn't be laying 5.5-6 on the road in a divisional match-up......but if the line was Seattle -1, the whole world would be on Seattle.......this line opened -4 & quickly rose to -6......that's not public money.
Ravens opened -3 & closed -2 at 49ers.....we saw how that ended.
IMO, Seattle takes out their frustrations on the 49ers.......
Seattle's defense will keep Kap in check.

Wait for the media to bash SEA and public to line right up on SF. It's to many points! SEA on road short week. Divisional game! No way SEA covers. Look at their defense giving up games! SF is turning it around!!

Spot on. I think this line comes down. It's -6 for me on book maker. Way too high with the way Seattle is playing + on the road + divisional game. On the flip side, 49ers are actually playing a lot better. With the current line, someone could definitely convince me to lay the points on the home team here.
I definitely don't see a blow out in this division game, but that's just my best guess. With that said anything can happen. My play here will be closer to kick-off.

Pete Carroll is a native San Franciscan, and there is no team that he enjoys beating more than the 49ers. Yes, the word is enjoys. The Hawks have the talent on D but are underperforming. The Niners D is a shell of the 2011-13 editions. IMO, Powerz has figured out the script for this game.
I got it at -4.5. Reason I like Seattle all the way to -6 is BC their defense has got to be pissed off. All week long this team has heard all the noise proclaiming their demise, I really feel they will absolutely throttle the 49ers simple new offense.
I do worry about Seattle's offense, which has three converted defensive players on the o-line, and has allowed the most sacks in the NFL. This is a must win for Seattle, so I expect their best effort.
Take Seattle ML, put it in a teaser, or buy the half pt to get it down to -5.5.
