Don't bother it broke again, more pieces are falling off and it's grounded indefinitely.
We tried to warn you about this latest government flop here.
Maybe it can be on display at the Vegas museum at Neonopolis.

I thought it was a project of private enterprise and government was not involved.

Sounds like the fiasco with the original Excalibur-Mandalay Bay line.

Since it worked as a MGM-Ballys link it sounds lke some contractual problem. Who is getting sued?

The government isn't on the hook, but GD is assuming they will be. Don't worry GD, the light rail fiasco is coming in a few years to take care of that. I am still trying to figure out who would ride a train that runs from downtown to Henderson. Really stumped on that one...
