Oakland +15....not a big play by any means. Probably my only play this week in NFL. So, 1 in NCAA (BIG) and 1 in NFL (small to medium). No time to cap all the games this week, but after scanning most of them these two looked interesting and I will stick to them. Why Oakland ? Because I always liked betting on win-less NFL teams this time of year (check my picks last few seasons). 0-7 or worst teams are on a crazy ATS run as double digit underdogs as long as not on 3 days of rest (16-1-1 ATS). Jags got their first win in this situation last year as +12 dogs @ Tennessee and Tampa lost in overtime in this same spot @ Seattle last season as +15.5 underdogs.

I think I like OAK here. Just hard to pull trigger. SEA has some holes to fill on D at the moment. But so does OAK. Maybe Over 43 is a good play.

I just have to take Tampa this week. And I am going big on this one. They win and they are no more than 2 games back of their divisional leader, despite their horrible record. Cleveland has A HUGE game against the Bengals on deck (Thursday night game). Perfect spot to lay an egg against a 1-6 team after playing two win-less teams and before playing the divisional leader on short rest. Tampa +7 (-115) big.
