This is a first for me...has this ever happened to you at any book?

I wagered on an NCAA basketball game this afternoon and when I went to put in a wager on the Jets/Steelers game, I noticed they graded my NCAA bet as a LOSS....

I bet UCONN -13, they won 78-64
I read the ticket # to the gentleman on the phone and he says UCONN won 78-67. I tell him he is wrong and he asks where I am getting my score from....I tell him I watched the game but I am also on CBSSPORTSLINE right now. He puts me on hold and comes back and says the score he has is the only score he sees. I tell him listen you are wrong, please look into this....he agrees but says it's to busy to do so right now (I assume with the NFL playoffs and all) I tel him OK. He says he'll call back later with an answer. I tell him no need to call just correct if they find i am right.

Guy was nice and not an a&&hole or anything....
I'm sure it will be corrected very soon, so no big deal....

What I can't understand is how they have the WRONG SCORE!
That is a new one to me, have you seen this before?

Not exactly that way Sherman, but I have had winning wagers graded a loss 2-3 times and had to call to get corrected.....

yes that has happened a number of times, but never did they tell me it was a loss and gave me a wrong score!

i didnt think it was gonna be an issue, i just thought it was weird that they had the wrong score....

i don't know,they put up so many different lines,i agree it should never happen,i should say they have also gave me a few wins when they were losses (yes i told them)

They probably would have it fixed by tommorrow, without a call. I don't think they are taking a shot at you. Where do they get scores ? DB ? They all make errors ( score services ). CBS sure does.

That's happened with me several times at SIA. They send E-mail that says loser won, congratulate me say funds are now in my account, but they never go as far as crediting them.
