Regardless of the outcome here, OU has no right being in this game instead of UT, but due to the circumstances, UT needed to beat by OSU by 35+ to have ANY chance at a split, sorry.

Unfortunately, 'just winning' this mythical BCS NC game ties the BCS trophy to the winner. And it also will most likely tie AT LEAST 75% of the 1st place AP votes to the winner as well.

'Just winning' the Fiesta for UT was never going to be enough. 35+ was needed, especially since USC crushed OSU by around that much.
