Is like no matter what games I touch this past weeks I"m always on the other end ... losing games by .5 or 1pts.

FSU up 12 at hf and finds a wake to choke it
Mich. St. up 21 with 3mins to go and ends up winning by 15
Ohio St. couldnt pull it out
Duke up 23 decides to shoot a 3 with 20sec left ends up winning by 24
Gonzaga cant grab a rebound at the end and foul .... win by 13
Baylor up 5 ... Georgetown hits 3 ... Baylor miss ft ... Baylor win by 2
Purdue up by 7 with 4.3 sec left ... Ohio St. hits a 3 ... Purdue win by 4

these are just off my heads ... I know there's more for the amount I'm down.

SICK SICK SICK!!

The $ turnaround in these games are ...crazy!

All the pre-tournament hype along with over-exposure on TV
takes all the "sap" out of the teams/players. Throw inthe the long distsance( post-season) road trips and they become to tired (and beat up) to "pass gas" much less play a basketball game with intensity. Just look at how many players were standing around mid-way thru the second half (FSU was practicly crawling).

30 plus game schedules and trying to be "student athletes" is a joke. This is the kind of mello-drama you'll end up with.
How are you expected to handicap a game.

You think Gani Lawal will stay one more year especially with #1 recruit Favors, Rice Jr and a few other top recruits next year????

I agree, sometimes wonder why we even pretend they are student athletes.

I would normally say...hell no he won't stay. But I mean imagine whats going through his head. Him, Rice Jr., Favors. I coach for a local team and I have seen Favors in person several times. If lawal stays GA tech to me is an instant sweet 16 team and a favorite to go further. I know I am a fan of tech as well but I do know how good these guys are. They did the same thing with marbury, a random sweet 16 appearance. I think they will do something similar next year....especially if lawal stays. Honestly though Lawal has got to be seeing $$$ right now. I don't care how many NCAA appearances or final four appearances you get it doesn't pay the bills.
