I think you're right about Indy, but the rest seem right to me. New York isn't that good, so I wouldn't rate them 10 pt favorites, even if Cincy does suck. Houston is a good team, just had terrible luck so far. Denver might be a little low, but imo 6.5 seems a bit high. Maybe 4.5/5 though. Denver is a slightly better team than Jacksonville.

Miami...I agree w/ you. I suspect their banking on an emotional edge following that historic collapse.
J'ville...I agree w/ vegas.

I expect copious fg lines w/ denver, as they're projected to play in tight games--even vs. marginal teams. If someone gave me jville +6.5, I'd quadruple down(I think...).
