I believe in the concentration camp theory to some degree, I remember seeing some underground militia videos quite a few years back. Obviously I cant guarantee thir authenticity but videos showed a lot of strange compounds in secluded locations in the south west states, a bunch of what looked like prisons or military basis due to the amount of bathrooms and showers. I would say they were more likely designed as prisons because the barbedwire was set in a way to keep people in rather than out.
