Yep, he will abandon this thread

As sure as water is wet .

Despite rolling back restrictions, Texas is experiencing a decline in COVID-19 cases, and Dr. Anthony Fauci is considering it to be “confusing.”

MSNBC’s Willie Geist noted restaurants, bars, and ballparks are completely open in Texas, yet cases and hospitalizations continue to decline

Maher praises DeSantis, knocks Cuomo, 'liberal media' for getting COVID wrong: 'Those are just facts

https://www.foxnews.com/entertainme...-knocks-liberal-media-for-getting-covid-wrong

"Liberals often mock the Republican misinformation bubble ... but what about liberals? You know, the high-information,
behind-the-science people?"

"Texas lifted its COVID restrictions recently and their infection rates went down in part because of people getting outside to let the sun and wind do their thing."

Florida Gov. DeSantis "protected his most vulnerable population, the elderly, way better than did the governor of New York."

AUSTIN (CBSDFW.COM) – On May 18 Texas Governor Greg Abbott issued an executive order prohibiting governmental entities in the state — including counties, cities, school districts, public health authorities, or government officials — from requiring or mandating mask wearing.

The orders says public schools can continue to follow Centers for Disease Control (CDC) mask-wearing guidelines through June 4, but after that date “No student, teacher, parent, or other staff member or visitor can be required to wear a mask while on campus.”

Left wing, mask-wearing 24x7 writer for the Atlantic stumbles onto the fact that masks have noting to do with the COVID transmission rate.

Texas became the first state to abolish its mask mandate and lift capacity constraints for all businesses. Conservatives hailed Governor Greg Abbott’s decision, while liberals predicted doom and death and President Joe Biden disparaged it as “Neanderthal thinking.”

Nine weeks later, the result seems to be less than catastrophic. In fact, in a new paper, economists at Bentley University and San Diego State University found that Abbott’s order had practically no effect on COVID-19 cases. “The predictions of reopening advocates and opponents failed to materialize,” the authors concluded.
