But he will say he never actually broke his promise because he has always said that he would keep the cuts in place if America was in a recession and now he is talking about how the next President will inherit a painful recession. He already working his excuse, just like his cronies are working on knocking down Obama's tax break limit from 250k all the way down to 120k.
