All bets entered in the transition period will be honored and will count towards required rollover however we would appreciate if players would refrain from placing bets until transfer has been completed to avoid discrepancies.

There will be a downtime of approximately 4 hours at date of physical transfer . Exact date and time will be posted on GA website and in major posting forums.

Rude let me ask you WHY THE FVCK WOULD THEY? At 7pm they were in talks with them and did not come to an agreement so you were basically fvcked at that time. At 945 your account was saved because they came to an agreement. Part of that is taking over accounts and not paying out on these new accounts till the 5x rollover was complete.

As far as I'm concerned as long as Gamblers Avenue was accepting wagers, and accepting Deposits, and I was able to access the PAYOUT option and request a payout and I would like to add "I GOT A CONFIRMATION #" ... They should honour it.

Wouldnt that be considered "GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE" ???

I would completly understand and would agree with everything Royal Sports has said if at 9:45 ALL WAGERS/DEPOSITS and CASHOUTS WERE FROZEN and from that point on "Any Players Balance WOuld Have To Be Rolled Over 5x"

But my PAYOUT was at 7:00 and as far as I'm concerned the PAYOUT REQUEST was confirmed with the confirmation # I received.

Don't Laugh .. But this makes sence. As far as I'm concerned ROYAL SPORTS SHOULD HONOUR ALL PAYOUT REQUESTS MADE ANYTIME BEFORE TUE NOV 4th 9:45. It's that simple! Customer Service rules in this business and that includes PAYOUT requests.

Rude, Sorry for your situation, but what you suggest in silly and doesn't make sense. Royal is doing you a huge favor by buying the book and giving you a chance to roll it over.

IMO, Royal is doing this as goodwill in hopes of attracting players and further restoring their good name. I doubt they expect to profit directly from bailing these players out.

Is this really true. Thank you Royal. Do you need anything from the players? UN or PW. Will the amounts at gamblersavenue be transferred to the account at Royal and will all future betting be with Royals software?

now that Gamblers Avenue has responded and said this was not a bailout but they sold the book to royal Rude has a point. GA said if they didnt sell to royal or anyone else the players would have been paid. They have always had the money.

So now Rude is right. He went from having his money with no restrictions until tonight to having to roll it over 5x because GA sold to Royal. If Royal never bought GA, GA would have paid Rude his money(or so they say).
