(moderator note) edited thread title to give it more of an ongoing theme as well as acknowledging Scott's family heritage and my own adopted heritage....thus making it a "political" topic title

Rays are a mind-boggling 24-1 in Game #2 of a Home Series if they did not win Game #1 by at least 4 Runs. And 7-0 the last 2+ years the game AFTER snapping a losing streak that lasted 4 games or longer. Good Luck to any who hop on board.

That's a pretty good Angle and one I'd like to research for other teams in the upper tier.

I've got one that I spotted last home stand.....Rays playing Home After a Home game where they Allowed 5+ runs are now on an 8-0 run with six of those wins by 2+

Bar I follow A TON of angles like the one you just posted. I'll throw one or two a day in this thread if you don't mind.

Here's one that scares me as we're playing on a AAA team:

The Mets are 12-1 Home off a Home game if they've lost at least 2 straight. Dodgers are 1-8 in Game #2 of a Road Series if they've won at least 2 straight.

Going OVER 9-105 in mil vs stl this afternoon. Two UNDERS in the Series so far. In the last 116 Series MIL has played at Home only 4 of them were sweeps for the under. The other 112 had at least one OVER. So I'll play the 'Due Theory' and hope for some fireworks today.

With Thursday's 3-2 win, make this Angle 9-0 (six by 2+)

Finally getting some runs in MIL but too little too late. STL just left 'em loaded in the 9th.

Next Up: UNDER 9.5-115 wash vs hou. Astros have opened 16 consecutive Home Series with an UNDER since 5/19/08.

San Diego almost completely inverse in

First game Home (after road) are 7-26 vs posted Total since 6/22/07

That would apply to Thursday, July 16 after AS Break when they host Colorado

Hmm, might be safer to bet the team total OVER for SF. SD may not contribute much. That team has to be as snakebit today as their backers have been since Monday.

Imagine if I had been foolish enough to place an actual wager on an Under for Washington pitching staff on the road

Posted "plays" within the Politics forum are about as serious as most of my other posts in the Politics forum

(though I would have done the clinking beer mugs smiley if we had won)

Well I hit it, or should I say missed it for my normal amount. Not happy. Lannan had 5 or 6 consecutive quality starts as well. But shit-eating teams find ways to blow games.

They completed a suspended game before this one. That's a mess as well for this situation!
