Shrink, I'd just like to thank you and the player for bringing out this info. I was the one who had a problem on a small withdrawal and then found out all the other problems. I have since taken the advice of the posters here and now have an account with Pinnacle and Olympic. Although I have not requested a payout yet, I am greatly encouraged to read about 24 Hour payouts through Neteller, etc. Even their slogan on the front page (Olympic) emphasizes that the most important think is the payout and that you shouldn't have to sweat that. Thanks again to you and the other posters for setting me straight on this. The last thing I want is to get on a hot streak during football season and have to wait to get paid (or possibly risk not getting paid). You guys rock!

I was asked to present this story from ONE of the players who is owed money by Royal...

All I did was type what he said on the telephone...


My name is Dave W and I am a big player at Royal Sports. I am not a poster and I don't have access to the internet until Monday. I just got off the phone with The Shrink & The General, who suggested that I share what happened to me.

I sent Royal 20k three times via bank wire beginning 4 months ago and continued sending them money within 2 weeks apart to get to 60k total in my account.

Finally, with my last 20k, I began to win significantly. I got my account up to 200k. I requested a payout IN FULL. But, I was told I could only request 10k a day. So I requesting 10k at a time for a total of 5 pay outs equaling 50k five days in a row.

I was told I would get these pay outs 5-7 days each after the requests. Well, 3 weeks went by, and I got NOTHING!!!

I then got frustrated by the delays, continued gambling and lost 150k more by continuing to bet, leaving me balance at only 50k...

It is important to remember that when my balance had reached 0 on prior occasions, I kept getting calls from Richard to add money to my account. But this time, when I had only 50k left, Richard was usually "in meetings."

When we finally spoke, I told Richard that I wanted to see Royal finally make just ONE payment to me.

Richard kept delaying me as he had done before since I TOLD him I wasn't going to send them any more money.

He sat on all of the promises he ever made to me and never made good on ANY of them before.

Royal FINALLY sent me 10k for the past 3 weeks after I waited 6 weeks and proceeded to blow back almost my entire wad!!!!

I have collected only 30k made in 10 k increments weekly..

All I want is my balance owed to me, which is still 20k.

That's the story in a nutshell..

There are other things that Royal has done to me that are not above board and honest but I am afraid to say too much because all I want now is the money owed to me...

Can anyone advise me what to do?

here is my Gateway experience. I bought my first computer from them. I liked it very much and liked Gateway. I dont remember how long I had it, but maybe about 2 years. I had purchased extended warrenty, so it was still covered. It had gotten very slow. This was before adware and spyware was everywhere and I tried dumping programs I dont use to clear space, but nothing worked. The computer vas very, very slow. Much slower than it had been.

So I called Gateway. They kept trying to convince me not to bring it to one of there stores to drop off for repair. They even went so far as to warn me twice if I dropped it off and they looked at it and determined it was not a hardware problem, I would be charged in full for their time- at least $75. ( This while I WAS under warranty!). So screw that I am not going to be bullied I would never pay that rip-off fee and I won't be scared off cause they don't want to back their products. So I dropped it off and they looked at it. A few days later I came to pick it up and they told me it ran absolutely fine, there was nothing wrong with it. This is what they essentially were saying to me, the customer- :finger: .

I made no stink but I was pissed. I picked it up and walked out of there and knew I had to buy a new computer ( unless I enjoyed it taking 5 minutes to pull up a web page and another 5 for each click). I vowed to never buy from them again and I certainly never will. Bought a MicronPC( small company)- good computer liked it a ton but spyware-ad ware from Kazaa killed it. Switched to Dells now. Great company, great computers. Have never needed any service on them.

Gateway does not back their products would advise anyone to completely avoid them! I think the word has gotten out, they are in poor financial condition and are dying fast. Good! Gateway :finger: right back at you.

spyware and adware does not require a new pc, I am confused why you would give up a PC for a dell just because spyware from kazaa slowed it down. even if spyware removers didnt work, you can always reload windows.

I do know too that Russ has been in transit all day, as we spoke in the morning...

While I don't like the way he responded to The General, I do believe Russ will help get this player paid...

It's really becoming apparent lately that when gamblers are in trouble, other sites drop their egos and work together to help accomplish this...

Fishhead, I don't know whats going on but I am troubled by that too. Bet Royal is screwing bettors with their stall policy and posters are being accused of having an agenda. Truly bizzarre. It only weakens the watchdog sites as to what kind of power a site has in getting a poster paid.

I have written and recorded proof on EVERY aspect of this account. It's unreal that this guy would outright lie in the face of such evidence. we do not owe him anything and IN FACT I granted him a ridiculous bonus to come back because HE didnt read the contest rules for the NCAA contest and thus didnt realize that he didnt have to commit his picks until the tip off of the elite eight...THE ENTIRE PREMISE OF THE CONTEST AS I EXPLAINED TO KEN ON THE PHONE (everyone elses contest is dead on the first round tip off - bet you will see the creative geniouses at Sky / Rio come up with this same contest next year after I walked him through it).

If these guys are insistent on bringing things to the surface I will call **** **** and request his permission to discuss his account and send the reports and recordings. The irony of this entire attack IS that we were WARNED by **** that Ken and Pete had this planned for quite some time. I have that on recording too!

Please contact me in your free time if they continue to pound you. They can no longer hurt us at all here....we went through the runs and are doing fine.

I don't see why Ken or Pete should have any desire for vendetta against Royal as Kevin is alleging.

Ken's and Pete's position on Royal is widely known.

I have no reason not to believe what the player told Ken and Pete (btw, Ken offered me to talk to the player and I will do so today).

I recall when in July '03 Ken took Royal down. He emailed me his concerns and asked me to take action and fix things. He also said that once he'd have received proof that things had been fixed he would have taken Royal back on the RX.

Ken's concerns were genuine. Royal WAS in a difficult position. I fixed all the problems he asked me to take care of. He took Royal back.

Pete has been adamant in stating that Royal does not want to cooperate with him because theRX took their banners down. Its nothing but one of Tej's best known strong arming techniques. "You don't do what I want you to do, I go against you". Been there, done that......

As I said I have no doubt that the case reported by Ken and Pete is GENUINE.

As far as believing Kevin's email is concerned......

Approximately three months ago a KNOWN and RESPECTED player approached me. He was being slow paid by Royal. He had won a Superbowl bet and Royal had taken SIX WEEKS to pay HALF of his winnings.

This is what he told me about Kevin King of Tej's Royal Sports:

"JUST THIS KEVIN LIES MORE THEN THE IRAQUI FOREING MINISTER WHEN HE TOLD HIS PEOPLE THEY WERE WINNING THE WAR" "This moron has told me 10 times I would be paid tommorow" "Kevin is the dumbest guy I have ever dealt with offshore"

I think its time for ALL watchdog sites to get together and put adeguate pressure on Royal until this player gets paid what he is owed in full and without further delays.

I can confirm that Ken and Pete's initial report is 100% GENUINE.

I can also confirm that Kevin King's email contains LIES.

Tej, time to step to the plate and do the right thing.

To Kevin King and player in question,

Kevin, I believe you and I have mutual respect for one another and I would have to believe that you know that I would be fair as anybody in handling this dispute with this player in question even though you may be disenchanted with the RX for taking your banners down.

Having said that, after discussing this with Wilhiem, we both feel it would be in the VERY best interests with both of your parties to have your issues with one another in this allegedly slow pay situation presented in a 3-way call with myself or possibly even a 4-way with Wil also so we can settle this once and for all.

To the individual claiming the slow pay, I would encourage you to contact me at FISHHEAD@THERX.com so we can discuss this situation one on one before dealing with Mr. King.............likewise, the same offer goes out to Mr. King also.
