Didn't realize Avery was in Dallas long enough for this shit to wear off on him.

On a side note. Did anyone know the guy he hit Gregory Cambell is the son of NHL disciplinarian Colin "collie" Cambell?

Should be an easy one to rule on eh?

if campbell had the puck would the hit have been legal? i don't know enough about hockey to know the distinction of the rule

lama, if Campbells holding the puck he's fair game as long as the hits clean.

Otts a punk, there's being an agitator and there's crossing a line and this guys crossing it on the regular these days and rarely steps up to answer for it. He's turning into Matt Cooke.

IMHO

It was soon enough to be a legal hit IF, it was a legal hit.
Too high with "intent to injure" would be my call.
A solid shoulder to shoulder and no call.

I dunno coaster, even shoulder to shoulder that was charging imo, he had that lined up from before the blueline way more than 3 strides.

There were no strides he coasted into him..............but high.
That is how I see it.
Intent to injure, but no charge..................

You better watch that one more time Coaster.

"There were no strides he coasted into him"

I counted AT LEAST 2 strides.

Only reason he stopped his strides is cause Cambell and the boards were approaching.
