Things are suddenly starting to rock.

There was that big farm that Kennedy opposes, and they've just approved the biggest wind farm in europe over here, enough to power Glasgow apparently.

Some big changes coming over the next few years...about time too.

Oil is going one way, so there's no point poncing about.
With these big capital projects the sooner you build it, the cheaper it is.

Wind power entrepreneurs could build their wind farms on existing farming property, in exchange for sharing a portion of their profits, could they not?

Right now, for about 30K, any home owner can get "off the grid" if they so choose, with a residential wind/solar power system. If energy prices keep soaring, such options will become more cost efficient and widespread. The technology is already here:
