It's really clever how Aunt Jemima redesigned the packaging so that supermarket shoppers who just grab the box or bottle by color and shape would see no difference. It reminds me how supermarket store brands make their packaging look so similar to the actual brand that some people buy the store brand without realizing it.

Reason KFC changed was because market studies showed that the word fried was frowned upon due to people wanting to eat healthier
Changing the the name because certain groups frowned upon it (and might buy it less) is nearly the exact same reason for the Aunt Jemima name change.
It is hilarious how desperate some people are to search for a reason why other people or businesses should not be making their own decisions, even when it has zero effect on anyone else. And if we can't find a good reason why what they are doing is wrong, lets just make up a new name for something that has been going on for a very long time.
