the flithy bums in the black robes. There are too many ACLU type judges on the bench. Time and time again these flithy bums side with the dark side. They allow an innocent women to be starved and the terrorist to receive every possible luxury. They rip down the cross and prop up the pedifiles on early release to prey on the young and innocent. They rule for murderers to receive MTV, a gym and porn and for an innocent woman to receive death.

The day will come when these jackals will be held accountable. The first step is to continue to vote every left winger out of office becuase they support most of these radical decisions that are a slap in the face to most Americans.

Except when the ACLU suits the needs of like-minded morons like you. Ask your hero Rush about it.

Horrible that the courts are protecting the power of attorney rights of the spouses. Those evil, activist, pro-sanctity-of-marriage fückers.

Bloody hell, Game, you do give me a laugh.

Did you know that the Schindlers are asking the protestors to shut the f up? That 'you don't speak for my family'? Private matter, Game ... shoulda stayed that way ...

Xtra,

The facts are as follows:

1. The parents want her to live and receive therapy and they are willing to do the heavy lifting.
2. The con artist husband waited years after the incident to mention she would not want to live in this type of condition. Which is a bit strange to wait years to mention this and collect a settlement that was to provide care and therapy.
3. The woman is being deprived of food and water. She is not on life support unless food and water is now defined as being on life support.

Do you dispute any of the other rulings by the flithy bums? This goes much deeper than Terri.

I have ZERO doubt the dems will lose 7 or 8 seats in the House and Senate in 2006.

Xtra?

I have stated often that I don't understand why the husband doesn't just get a divorce and let Ms. Schiavo's fate be on their conscience. But, the parents have tried to get power of attorney and were denied by the courts ... my feeling here is that there was not compelling enough evidence to convince the judge(s) that he was unfit.

2. The con artist husband waited years after the incident to mention she would not want to live in this type of condition. Which is a bit strange to wait years to mention this and collect a settlement that was to provide care and therapy.

Conflicting reports on the money involved here. I don't know what to believe, so I'm ignoring all of it.

3. The woman is being deprived of food and water. She is not on life support unless food and water is now defined as being on life support.

A feeding tube is life support. She cannot feed herself. She cannot chew, cannot swallow. I think starvation/dehydration is a barbaric way to die, but the issue should spring euthanasia activism, not prolonging the lives of vegetables.

I'll ask you again, tho: aren't you pissed as hell about that six-month old baby who had his feeding tube removed against his mother's wishes?

This goes much deeper than Terri.

Maybe, but it's really a private family matter. I would be mortified if the world saw video of me in that state ...

Well, aren't the libs putting a pretty face on this whole deal. Hilarious

The libs have got the cameras rolling in the room in which they have ruled she must die in. The liberal compassion is just astounding. f'n hilarious. They have flowers in her room - SHE CAN'T SMELL THEM SHE'S A VEGETABLE. They have music playing in her room - SHE CAN'T HEAR IT SHE'S A VEGETABLE. They have a little fluffy stuffed animal in her arms - SHE CAN'T FEEL IT SHE'S A VEGETABLE. They have a lawyer in her room coordinating the whole crapola liberal compassion play. Funniest thing though, is that the liberal compassion fails to take into account that all she wants is FOOD AND WATER. Mental disease is right.

Allowing the spouse and legal guardian to make the call and the state courts to arbiter it all seems like the "conservative" position to me.

But somehow in this case, someone has hijacked the conservative mind and convinced them to intrude on the sanctity of marriage, intrude on states rights, ignore the rule of law and ignore the findings of the courts, all so that they can force the taxpayers to foot the bill in order to feed a woman who has unanimously been diagnosed as being in a persistent vegetative state, for whcih the manifest weight of the evidence shows she did not want.

Gameface is becoming a liberal. That is my conclusion.

Gameface is also being joined in this crusade for Terri by none other than the Reverend Jesse Jackson. All these conservatives acting like whiny liberals, such a shame.

Show me exactly where I said the taxpayor should be forced to feed Terri. I never said that, I did say the parents and her family are willing to feed her. The husband has his own interest in mine, End of story. If the parents and family agreed I have no argument. Many people are living/lived off feeding tubes such as Christopher Reeves. Why are so many people wanting to see this woman starve to death when she has parents that will care for her?

First of all, the State of Florida is footing much of the hospice bill. That is a fact. The parents are not and would not pay for all of her care. So are you suggesting that is the difference? She should be kept alive if the parents can pay, but left to die if they can't? So much for truly valuing life.

What if only the siblings wanted to keep her alive? What if an uncle did? Or a cousin? The law has to recognize someone as being the guardian and in the case it is the husband. He was legall appointed guardian like 13 years ago. Period.

Bringing us again full circle to the six-month old Texan baby that Gameface refuses to comment on.

would all the anti abortion advocates be so pro life if they had to help support every unwanted child that was ever born?

Good point Hilo......seems when it comes time to put thier money where thier mouth is, the cable bill needs paid, the SUV needs gas, the boat needs to be taken out this weekend......

All of a sudden it turns from "don't abort, we can help you".......to......"It's your baby and it's your responsibility now. Please don't bother me. HBO is on."

Dump the welfare system before you argue about stopping abortions so at least I don't have to pay for your hollow promises to total strangers.

-----------------------------------------------------------------

As a parent I wouldn't want any child of mine to go through what Schaivo is going through. Where is the humanity in insisting that a life that merely consists of bedsores must go on?

As I understand it she has been this way for years and the area of the brain that is damaged makes it impossible for her to recover.

So basically they feed her through a tube and wait for death?

Where is the quality of life? Could anyone here HONESTLY say they would trade thier healthy productive lifestyle for a life that she is living?
